This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

Yohann's family home offers a perfect base. The tram literally passes in front of the house and planes above but the neighborhood is very quiet while being 15 min from the center of Nantes. The house is very well renovated and the spaces are functional and well equipped. It's very nice to have enough room to store your personal belongings. The small garden and chickens offer a very nice outdoor space. I would recommend Yohann's place without reservations.

A nice and relaxing week. Anita is super kind, accommodating and has good advice. Our boys were happy and sad to leave. They were able to do lots of activities nearby and play in the garden with peace of mind. The location is ideal to have calm, while being close to everything in five minutes. Very nice house, furnished with great taste, on a quiet street, in a charming and picturesque area, close to friendly places in Nantes. Shops nearby. Sabrina was very responsive to our requests.

I rate this place 5/5 with pleasure because it is perfect in every way. The location is ideal: very close to the center, yet very quiet. You can't hear the noise of the city at all. The neighborhood is family-friendly, with a very “village” atmosphere, it feels good. Nearby there is a bakery, a grocery store open almost all the time and restaurants. The accommodation is perfectly clean, not overlooked. You can't hear the neighbors at all. It is very well equipped. We are welcomed as friends (soap, a basic grocery store...). The bedding is comfortable. The terrace is very nice, and the parking space is really convenient. Thanks to our host Eric for his kindness. Really, it's a flawless one!

Apartment very close to train station and garden of plants. We did everything on foot with our 6 and 3.5 year olds. The 5 floors didn't bother us. Everything is great.

Perfect accommodation for our 2-night weekend. Quiet with the center of the Croisic accessible on foot and the pretty small towns next door such as Guerande and bat on the sea and of course the magnificent gr 34 in this region and without difficulty ...as for the accommodation simply perfect thank you to our hosts

A small, bright apartment that is very close to the beach, is perfect for a few days. Well equipped, modern decor. We found places to park without great difficulty nearby. The place was generally clean. Mireille is very responsive to messages. I had a little trouble adapting to the bedroom mattress with closet, I am not used to sleeping on a hard spring mattress, only downside for me. I would recommend this host and listing.
