Townhome vacation rentals in Saint James

We have loved our stay in this condo. It was perfect for us, felt like home from home which is exactly what we wanted. It was a lovely touch that some breakfast essentials were provided on our arrival. You can get to most places easily by car or catch a local bus to Bridgetown. The small local supermarket and The Grill restaurant and The Pub was walking distance. The hosts, Yvette and Andrew made our stay even more special by providing lots of useful information and tips throughout our stay. Thank you again for making our trip so memorable and we would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely stunning place at a prime location all the best bars, restaurants snorkelling spots, shopping, gym I mean everything you can ask for, local super markets. Close to speightstown just gorgeous. Communication and property management was also spot on, although we were in the hottest time of the year the mid portion of the house can get a little hot, but then you have a lovely plunge pool to cool Off and rooms are spacious and air con in every single room. The amnesties and bbq grill every single attention to detail. I cannot recommend it enough and hopefully we will be back soon. Shout out to Chris and Katina as well. We even had a chef recommended by them to come and cook for us bajan food, and it was amazing. Thank you Amanda and Nigel once again you were brilliant hosts. Felt like we were at home.

This was our third stay at 6a The Palisades. We love that part of the island and The Palisades is a perfect location for our favourite beach - Enterprise

We loved our stay at White Sands. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us, not too touristy, with a beautiful quiet beach just across the road. Amazing sunsets! It's a great base for exploring the rest of the island. There are so many good food spots within a 5 min walk... * Caboose - best fish cutters * Baia - expensive but incredible views and good food * Fishermans - very reasonable local cuisine, canteen style * Orange Street Grocer - great for breakfast * PRC Bakery And a short drive away is The Fish Pot which is incredible. We will 100% be staying again when we visit Barbados in the future.

Perfect for our long stay - quiet , relaxing getaway. House is well equipped, close to Catch 22 restaurant with the best Fishcakes in Barbados, secluded Archers Bay and The Animal Flower Cave. Size and comfort of garden and pool areas were pleasantly roomy, both were regularly attended to and were well kept. Comfortably large bedrooms with roomy en-suites. Breezy location, almost no need to use aircon units. House was well illuminated at night and local residents were friendly and respectful. Peter was a welcoming, friendly, professional and accommodating host. It was so good we'll happily stay again. A car is a must have for short trips to Speightstown etc.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the villa. It was large enough to accommodate four adults and one child. It was stylish and welcoming. We had everything we needed. My niece did not want to leave the villa.

Absolutely loved our stay in Spring Court. Dawn was amazing, helpful and friendly especially supportive with our late check out. Can’t wait to stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful view of the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet. You do need a rental car to get around. The housekeeper Madelene was fantastic, she worked with a smile on her face and made sure the place was nice and clean everyday. We also booked chef Lindrey for two nights and the food and experience was amazing. Dorothy was a great host and made sure that whatever we needed we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Would highly recommend staying here. Perfect for families as there is a small communal pool and the place is a short walk to Gibbs Beach which is stunning!! House was super tidy and clean. Felt very safe. A great spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing week in Barbados. The house was just perfect with all 3 bedrooms being superb and the house was spotlessly clean and very chic. I can't fault anything about it - easy to walk to the sea, great to have the tennis court and communal pool. Everyone was so helpful and the house was just as we hoped. Thank you for a great week.

We had a wonderful week at Nanpa - especially enjoyed the peace and quiet. After a day out it was lovely to just walk in and feel 'at home' as it is beautifully presented and equipped - loved all the homely touches. Loved the early morning visits by the hummingbirds and the monkeys ran daily along the back fence. Paul was great during out stay sending useful videos and instructions, although everything was pretty straightforward to work out. Thanks to Marcia also who was always available and a delight to deal with. It was easy to catch the local buses (a bit crazy but part of the local culture) to anywhere just down the road and Holetown was a favourite. Also paid a visit to Hunte's Gardens - a must see in Barbados. Fabulous exotic garden with music playing. Thank you Paul and Karen for a restful and great week in your lovely home. My stay at Sugarcane Ridge St. James, Barbados, was an experience I'll cherish forever. I had a fantastic stay at Garden Grove Villas in Barbados! From the moment I arrived, Natasha made me feel so welcome with her warm hospitality and helpful recommendations. The villa itself was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts of my stay was the easy access to the beach, just a short walk away, making it effortless to enjoy the stunning Barbados coastline. Sinead is a wonderful host, very responsive and a joy to stay at their amazing house in Mullins Bay. Great little swimming pool for the kids and popping over to Adrian’s Corner for a sundowner on the beach was the perfect day. Wish we could stay the longer The cleaner Michelle was great and even the pool guy was friendly and all made us feel looked after. Would recommend to anyone going to Barbados. Thanks Sinead!

Wow! Everything was perfect, and our host was so helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived on the island to the moment we left. It was very apparent that a lot of thought went into every detail of this property to make the whole experience amazing from the onset! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation to immediately book your stay at this wonderful and beautiful property! I promise you won’t be disappointed. Johnathon is a top-notch host. He is very easy to get in touch with and responds very quickly. He knows the local area well and was helpful with recommendations and advice. Problems that came up were dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. Zaheera (property manager) is equally as helpful and caring. The house is clean, spacious and lovely, exactly as shown/listed. The plunge pool and decking is one of the best on the property, imo, as it is private and well cared for. The larger swimming pool was also clean, refreshing and relaxing. Beautiful beach is a 5 min walk. A very safe area with friendly neighbours. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing location, away from the busy areas but easy enough to grab a cab or bus for a day or evening out.

Amina was very easy to deal with and always replied quickly and clearly. The property is in a great location a short walk from Mullins bay and a reasonably easy walk into Speightstown. Plenty of local places to eat right on the beachfront. A short taxi or reggae reggae bus to Holetown and beyond. The property had everything needed for a lovely stay on the west coast of Barbados (could have down without some of the rain though☹️) Would happily stay here again next time we come…next year perhaps🤞🏻

This is a lovely terraced holiday home in a nice gated neighbourhood. I can’t really fault it. I’d recommend a car if you don’t fancy the Boogie Bus. (Our preferred means of transport!) But we found it to be in an excellent location with a short walk to the bus stops. Would highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week w/ our 7 yr old daughter and absolutely loved it! The accommodations were better than the listing shows and extremely comfortable. Decor is lovely…tasteful but with the Caribbean flare! The pool was a wonderful addition and allowed for a nice midday reset after the beach. We loved the location and loved the place!! communication extremely easy and Neela and her staff so helpful as we got ourselves acquainted. We would definitely stay there again when we return!!

Our stay at Costa Vista to celebrate our aunt's birthday was unforgettable—by far the best Airbnb experience we've had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Kirk and Nerhosshia were exceptional hosts—always responsive and dedicated to making our stay perfect. They provided clear check-in instructions, great local recommendations, and made us feel right at home. Cleo, the local property manager, arranged airport transfers and was always available to assist. If you need a driver, be sure to request Paul—he’s amazing! The property was spotless, with fresh linens, luxurious towels, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with a pool nearby. The deck and rooftop offered breathtaking sunset views. Whether we were out exploring or relaxing, this Airbnb was the perfect base. With such wonderful hosts and a beautifully maintained space, we can't wait to return. Highly recommend for a five-star experience!!
