Lovely stay here, clear instructions where to park and how to get in. Cottage was lovely and clean! Lucy was also very accommodating with an earlier check in and was able to help out setting up travel cot for arrival! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back :)

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

I had a wonderful 1 nights stay at 77 Bern's Place. It felt like home from home the minute I walked through the door. The lounge and sleeping area was cosy and welcoming and felt spacious. The decoration was calm and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. I slept like a log and woke up to the birds singing in the morning. Very peaceful. The kitchen and dining area were very spacious and clean and had everything needed for a short or a long stay. The bathroom was also clean and spacious and shower was good. Everything was easy to use. There's been a great deal of thought put into 77 Bern's Place and I was sorry to only be staying one night. I don't have a reason to go to Norfolk again but I have it in mind to find a reason and I would definitely be booking this pad again.

Amanda’s place is wonderful, had everything you could possibly need and she is very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time staying here, cannot recommend it enough
