Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saint Johns River

Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We loved the quick access to the historic district downtown. We also were thankful that it was pet-friendly which allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the bed - it slept very well. Being a queen bed, sometimes me being 6 ft 1 in. doesn't always end well, but I slept like a log the entire time. The air conditioner worked well and cooled upstairs and downstairs very well. That was a huge plus for us, too! We loved the layout of the space. Thank you for a quick get-a-way to our home away from home, St. Augustine!

Christina's house was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I need a kitchen to prepare my meals (special diet), and the kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed the screened-in back patio overlooking the large back yard. The area was peaceful and quiet. I hope that I get a chance to stay here again.

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

This will be my second time staying at Virginia’s Orlando location. My husband and I truly love it so much and will continue to stay here. Virginia is very responsive and is always checking up on you. Her description of the place is accurate. The location is lovely and is extremely safe! My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—clear communication, easy check-in, and a space that exceeded all expectations. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was close to plenty of restaurants & attractions. Definitely 10 out of 10, we would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

I can’t rave enough about this place. Already of thinking of staying again. From start to finish the process was smooth. It was exactly what we wanted. I initially wanted a different home and my dates wouldn’t work with that home, but Stephanie suggested another home and it was even better for what I needed. The environment was relaxing and the location was close to what we needed, which included the beach. They even followed up with us to make sure we didn’t have any needs the next day. She’s definitely a hands-on host that wants to make sure your experience is an enjoyable one. She provides very detailed instructions so you don’t have to wonder about anything start to finish. The home is decorated tastefully and the kitchen included anything you would need as if you were in your own home. In essence , you can tell this host took a lot of effort to think about everything and make you feel welcome. Which is why I intend to stay again.

The place was fantastic!!! The interior was outstanding. The bedrooms all had lots of space and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whole house was spotless. The couches in both living rooms were very soft and comfy. The chaise lounge was excellent. It was on a very quiet street with very little traffic. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard with the squirrels and geckos. For any questions we did have, they were very responsive and accommodating.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhome! The private pool and stunning lake view truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The townhome itself was not only comfortable but also had a cozy, home-like feel. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Michael’s house for 5 days with my family; husband and 3 kids, and our two mothers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms, and bathrooms were large and comfortable. My mother in law loved to sit with a cup of coffee on the front porch every morning. Our kids loved the pool and the hut tub. My husband and I took our dog for a long walk every morning in the adjacent neighborhoods or right into town or to the waterfront. Since it was seven of us we cooked a good amount in the large, sun lit kitchen, which had everything we needed to make some great meals. All in all we had a terrific stay, and Michael’s house was perfect!

We loved this Airbnb! A 5 minute drive to the Trolley parking lot. A 5-7 min drive to the beach. Very easy to find and Amy and Roger left great instructions and suggestions for St Augustine. The description and photos you see online is what you will see when you rent this Airbnb. It was a great place to stay and we would love to go back for another week!

It was exactly how it was described. Perfect for a chill, getaway. It was very spacious and private. The owners where very friendly and responded to anything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Vicky was super helpful with explaining how to locate the property as well as any concerns that may have arisen. Very friendly and honest. The property is very much a cabin, with wildlife and a nice scenic drive to and from. This is a gem in the area. Centrally located to many must see destinations. I most enjoyed feeling as if I was camping instead of a tourist while I visited the area. I plan on returning whenever I am in the area.

Place was great! Beautiful location and nice quiet spot. Felt safe and close to everything. Only downside was that there was a lot of dog poop in the front yard when we arrived, which is not necessarily the host’s fault, but I did pick it all up so he didn’t think it was my dogs’. Location was great to access the zoo and the Jumbo Shrimp game. Would definitely come back!

needs to be more specific on details.. the listing says he stays there sometimes. but he actually lives there full time... didn't have as much privacy as we were expecting. but Richard was a great host, very nice!

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

We really liked being there, it is a very quiet place and the communication with our host was excellent, any inconvenience that was presented to us, he quickly solved it.
