Between lake and mountain, a peaceful place with a hot tub and exceptional 180° views! Your spacious room features a 160 bed, TV and desk. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the same floor, which is dedicated to you. Linens provided. On the ground floor, breakfast (+€9/pers.) is served on the veranda, particularly pleasant, or on the terrace. In the evening, you can have shared access to the kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, as well as the terrace.

I welcome you to this large apartment of 100m² which I occupy very discreetly. It is bright, quiet and with balcony, on the 2nd floor with elevator in the city center. 2 beautiful rooms are available to you. Summer and winter, you can access the ski lifts on foot (less than 5 minutes) to practice your favorite sports (skiing, mountain biking, rafting, canyoning...). The old town (Ancienne citée Vauban) with its large gargoyle and its shops will change you.

I offer a nice bedroom (160 bed) with a large bathroom (located opposite the bedroom). In the morning, a hearty breakfast (with supplement) can be offered in the dining room or in your room, depending on your desire. In good weather, it can be taken on the terrace. This accommodation is located in the city centre, close to shops, ski lifts, buses, the old town, the swimming pool, and the train station. You can enjoy Briançon on foot.

The bed is 160 cm, please note that it is a wool futon (with mattress topper for extra comfort) placed on tatami mats, so a few cm from the ground.
