Very fluid communication with the interlocutors , very clean and pleasant chalet, good location. Too bad for surprises (access to the spa for a fee, number of beds not in line with the description).

We had a great time! The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the resort and very well equipped. Special mention for the hot shower with excellent pressure, a real joy after a day of skiing! We also really enjoyed the private ski locker and shoe warmer. Communication with Caroline was fluid and responsive. A big thank you to Marie for her warm welcome and good places that enriched our experience. We recommend this listing and will be back with pleasure!

Nice and impeccable accommodation does not lack anything dishes, linens, appliances... . Françoise is very nice and responds quickly. The instructions are clear, the listing as described. Mehdi and Anne's apartment is very nice, functional and bright. We stayed there for a few days as a family with two young adults. Access is very convenient on foot or by car with parking materialized nearby. The welcome with the Conciergerie Marinette, went very well as the return of the premises. To be repeated.!!!!

A good flat in a calm area. To the City Center you need 10-15 min by foot. the room is fine, enough space. Just be sure to book in advance Things Like towels, Shampoo etc If you do not bring them with you. Overall, I would book again.

This was our second time staying at Stephane's place - and it was just as good as the first. Stephane's apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and has all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with easy access to all the amenities in Les Deux Alpes, and direct access to the slopes via the main Jandri chair lift. We were a family of four and had a brilliant week of skiing and downtime in the apartment. Kitchen very well appointed, and plenty of room for relaxing, games and meals. We will be back again.

We had a great time at Christelle's apartment and everything is as described. The practical side of the resort is that you exit the Residence and you can put on the skis 20 meters away . There is major work on the old parking lot of the resort and apparently these are new constructions that significantly reduce the surrounding parking lots. And the agents of the municipality are waiting at 8:30 am on Sunday morning! Without giving any luck to the cars that didn't put a ticket the night before! Business is business 😚 But ,Christelle has nothing to do with it and her apartment is on an axis certainly the quietest of the residence. All the equipment in the property is compliant and thoughtful. We will be back! Thanks

Great place, we had 5 of us staying and it was a good size for us. 2 bathrooms was convenient. Nice balcony. The ski in/ski out was really useful.

We stayed in Magali's apartment in the end of March. Good snow! Also due to the high altitude of the resort. The apartment is well equipped. It's not luxurious but it has all the comforts you need, like a dishwasher, nice dark curtains and good heaters. No WiFi, even better! Magali was a very nice, responsive host. We once had a question about the hot water and she quickly responded. Hot water runs out pretty quickly, you can shower for 6-8 mins each if you are with 3 persons. Ideal for a family with children. We were with 3 friends, also absolutely fine. Just know that the mattresses in the kids room are not great. The apartment is really close to the slope (red slope), like 2 minutes of walking. So nice to be able to pass the house easily for a quiet, cheap lunch or to change some clothes. Puy Saint Vincent was a very nice, big ski resort with lots to do. We had fun in the bar and discotheque in Puy 1600 too :) At walking distance, +- 15 mins. Much recommended holiday alltoghether!

Apartment fully compliant with photos. Very well located, at the foot of the slopes and shops. Nothing is missing. Very appreciated self check-in. The check-in and check-out guidelines are very clear. Severine was very accommodating for the checkout time, letting us stay a little later. Thank you. To be booked without hesitation.

This was a great well equipped apartment. It is very stylishly furnished and is very comfortable. There are also great views from the balcony. The apartment has a proper oven and a separate microwave which we found very useful. The apartment also has a large TV and it's own WiFi which allowed us to stream Netflix etc. (using our own account). The apartment also comes with an allocated underground parking space, big enough for our VW Touarag. A ski locker is also provided. The apartment block is situated right next to the piste and it only takes a couple of minutes walk to get onto the snow.

We are returning from a great stay at Véronique's apartment. Ideally located in the resort of Risoul, ski-in/ski-out, very clean, very functional and very well maintained, the apartment has everything to please. The open-access pool is a real plus for our comfort. Interaction with the owner is very cordial and is very responsive if needed. In addition, it attaches particular importance to the cleanliness of the place and it is very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and this very friendly owner! Elodie is very proactive with her communication and ensures your easy check in takes place, including recommendations for local restaurants and shops. The location is as described and ohotuu on scare accurate. It’s next to the slopes, square and shops. Ideal for a family of up to four. I would definitely recommend this place.

We only spent one night in this place, but we had a great time. Beautiful view of the lake and tranquility. Equipped with everything you need for a short stay! Stephan was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much and see you soon

A fantastic location in the centre of town. You can walk straight out and get on the free lift that crosses town and takes you to the bottom of the Signal or Pic Blanc ski lifts. The pool and spa were fantastic; everything was new and extremely clean. We went with two adults and two kids, and it was perfect, with a spare double bed as the kids used the bunk beds. The only downside is that the ski room is slightly far away from the apartment, and the boot dryers weren't working, which was apparently a decision by building management. This would not stop me from booking again, though. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would thoroughly recommend it.

we were very satisfied with the service, and knew perfectly what we had to do on arrival! we could always go somewhere had to be needed! the apartment was on the small side (we knew this in advance!), but everything we needed was present! the apartment was perfectly located! certainly repeatable..
