"La fantaisie de Jean" Studio

Nice studio in the heart of the historic center of Morlaix,on the 2nd floor, accommodation in an old building. Very close to the market held on Saturday mornings as well as shops, artisans, designers, restaurants. 10min walk from the train station and port, 10 mins to the sea. Nearby parking and minute stop. You will find in the studio "Jean's fantasy" all the equipment for a good breakfast (tea & coffee), a large double bed, equipped bathroom, wifi. Bed linens and towels are provided.

This rental is located 3 km from Morlaix (historic site), between the Armorica Regional Park and the beaches. This is a house divided into 2 separate units with independent entrances. The photos on the listing correspond to the rented part. Although this accommodation contains 7 beds, it is ideal for 4/5 people. The sofa is only an extra bed in the living room. The 5000 m² plot is located in a quiet area, away from the road and in a wooded environment.
