Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Martin-la-Pallu

Everything about this place was amazing! It’s so well done. The location is beautiful, the space had everything you could need and more. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed our time outside. Françoise was a great host. The only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Good welcome from Karine and her partner. The accommodation is quiet and well located in relation to the sites to visit: Doué la Fontaine zoo (15 '), Saumur (30'), cave sites, castles... We were very pleased with our stay.

Probably the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in: a very pleasant, well-maintained and equipped accommodation with several terraces that allow you to enjoy the sun or shade as desired. The pool at our disposal was a delight for the children and the area is full of gems to discover. And for that, Henri and Anne-Marie will undoubtedly be able to inform you. A special mention for the quality of the hospitality of our hosts with very touching touches. A big thank you!

We had a great time at Pascal's place. The house is spacious, very well-equipped and clean. Pascal was generous and left us a small welcome box and plenty of groceries for the stay. We really enjoyed it. The central fireplace is great. The kitchen is very tidy and fully equipped. Non-negligible detail: check-in and check-out times are flexible which is very rare in other listings. This allowed us to spend our Sunday quietly. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you Pascal.

Proactive and very kind host. Ideal setting for family reunions, wide indoor and outdoor spaces. Beautiful view from the back garden, with garden tables and chairs, swing and badminton net. Very well equipped, with lots of small touches from the host. We hope to be back!

We had a pleasant stay at Corine's place despite not very favorable weather. The house is well located for activities nearby (Saumur, Chinon, Fontevraud...). On the other hand, the village of Beuxes is a little "dead", no shops, no life... The house is spacious and well equipped, in a beautiful wooded garden. The exchanges with Corinne went very well, she was very responsive and flexible on our arrival times. We would recommend this listing for a family member or with friends!

Excellent stay at Jean-Marc's cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage, its space, its clarity, its amenities, its quiet location and its environment in the middle of the forest. Great walks from the cottage in the middle of the forest. The Pinail Reserve is a few minutes away by car, it's beautiful. The gite is well located geographically. Thank you Jean-Marc for your excellent communication and availability from the beginning to the end of our stay and for your great kindness and sympathy. Antoine was a great host, and his traditional apartment is lovely and convenient for all the local historical sites. The bed on the mezzanine is unusual but easy to access, with practice.

Accommodation 10 minutes from Futuroscope and Aquascope. We only stayed one night but the accommodation is very good, clean. Check-in was very simple, communication easy and efficient. Only thing: the stairs to get to the top floor are steep (the rooms), with children under 7–8 years old. For parents to consider. But otherwise, I recommend this very nice listing!

We came to Richelieu to attend the Cape and Sword Festival. A truly beautiful and extraordinary city. We were extremely well hosted by Hugues (thank you for the small touches) This place has a great location right in the center of the square. Bakery, restaurants, cafes … The very nice and atypical private hotel. We slept very well in the beds prepared for us. Don't hesitate to visit this beautiful city and stay with Hugues.

For my first visit to Parthenay, I will keep a very good experience at Rebecca and Yolande's!! A small home in the heart of the city, close to pedestrian streets and the medieval neighborhood. The place is really calm, accessible and welcoming. I really recommend this studio if you are alone(-e) or as a couple and are looking for a place to stay where the car is not necessary to get around. And I'll be sure to come back myself for a future stay. So thank you very much and see you soon!!

I rented this house for a birthday, and I couldn't have chosen better: the villa is amazing, well equipped, nicely decorated, comfortable and has a lot of great games/activities for this kind of weekend! We had the most wonderful stay at Flavian and Nancy’s home. They made us feel very welcome and at ease. The house is beautiful and modern with some great quirky features. It is well equip with everything you could need for your stay. The pool was clean and warm and very safe for children. The area was peaceful and had many great local shops and a big supermarket near by. The garden was private and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to holiday in this year.
