Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Martin-Vésubie

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes is a great host. Clear instructions and constant support. A person on the spot is still available. The apartment is more comfortable for two people, but our family of two adults and two girls had a good time. Perfect availability of the reserved parking space. The area of the Riquier neighborhood is perhaps not so well known among tourists (we ourselves have been in the streets adjacent to the Promenade), but they can be reached in a short time both old Nice and the Castle, and the Promenade, and the Piazza del Mercato, and the Piazze Massena and Garibaldi, etc. In the same street of the apartment there are two neighborhood supermarkets, and all around different boulangerias/patisserie. You can also reach Nice-Riquier station in 15 minutes on foot. Perfect for visiting the towns of the French Riviera by train, without moving your car. Highly recommended!

When I arrived I was greeted by Pascal who was so friendly and really informative, he showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and the building and made me feel very at ease after a long journey. After Pascal had made sure I was settled, Susanna sent me a message with some fantastic information about the area, places to eat, things to do, transport. Not only that but she was always on hand if I had a query about a place or a bus or train. I felt very safe knowing that I could contact her if I needed. The apartment is lovely, great location, huge balcony with beautiful views up the valley, very comfy bed and 2 minutes from the train station- perfect! I only had 3 days here, you definitely need atleast a week to enjoy all the amazing sights. I will be back for sure!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Furthermore, the pricing structure was found to be entirely appropriate and represented excellent value. The property's walkability is a key feature, with numerous destinations and necessities easily reachable on foot, allowing for effortless exploration of the surrounding area. Also the balcony is really really great.

Booked in with Bernard in August. The house is amazing really well designed and everything works really efficiently. The views from the first floor are amazing they look over the mountains and the pool is a dream when it’s 32 degrees We had an issue with a hired car and Bernard was so helpful and I’m really grateful for that He has super property and anyone who books it will not regret their decision.

Gisele's place was fantastic! A prime location in Nice with easy accessibility to restaurants, bars, and transportation. She was a great host, very responsive and understanding of our situation! If i were to travel to Nice again soon, I would definitely stay with Gisele!

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Very nice stay. The house is very well equipped, even the children are there. The sea view is splendid with the pool in the foreground.

Gorgeous house, big, but feels cozy. Lovely views, many seating areas outside. Kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. The area is quiet and private, which is fantastic, as long as you have a car. As others have said, the driveway at the house is only for very small cars and excellent drivers, but we parked on the street, no issues. Upon arrival, we had a few plumbing issues, but they were taking care of immediately. All in all, a great stay and I fully recommend this house and the owners/property manager.

Beautiful place. Looks brand new and remodeled with the highest quality materials. Each bedroom has a patio for the guests, a personal bathroom, expansive storage, and views to the city. Worth the price 100%. The host is extremely responsive and writes back within minutes.

We had a great stay in Lauies Airbnb! She is a wonderful host, very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her! The apartment is just great! It is very nice to walk down into the city center. To go back you can either walk, take the bus or an uber. Also the patio is very nice! There you can have your breakfast (there is a shop just 5’ from Lauries home)! It is a wonderful place if you plan a city trip to Nice! Best place to be = Lauries place!! Hope to be there again some day!🙏🏽

If you like mountains and views - this is the one! Wow! What a stunning view from the property. Very close to the neighbouring villages and coastline is a 20 minute drive. There is free parking and a local shop and pizza restaurant. The Airbnb had a lovely feel to it and the village is stunning and quiet. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

The communication with Dominik went very well and clearly. The stay is as described and the location is perfect. In less than 10 minutes you can be in the center of Menton on foot. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view over Menton and the bay. The parking is a huge added value just like the new air conditioning. Definitely worth mentioning is the good bed. Dominik and Michaella are very pleasant hosts who make every effort to ensure you a pleasant stay. Super thank you for the good care, we'd love to come back.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Kane and Brigitte were the perfect hosts. Their place was wonderful. We were visiting family in the area and their AirBnB made the perfect place to gather for conversation and even meals. The kitchen was fully outfited which enable use to create several dinners and the grounds were loving as were the views. I would highly recommend staying at their place. We will definitely be back in the future.

The apartment is perfect , it is comfortable , well equipped which allows you to have a great stay! Location is ideal if you want to visit the coast! Good restaurants next door.
