Lovely refurbished 2-room apartment in the sought-after Chartrons neighborhood, on the 1st floor of a small stone building. Very quiet street, but a few steps from the tram (Paul Doumer station) and all amenities. The building is a small classic stone building; the apartment, on the garden side, has large windows.
