Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

You will stay in a residential apartment composed of: - a large bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a double wardrobe closet (plenty of space for a baby bed but not provided) - an equipped kitchenette: stove, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, - a living room with sofa bed and TV, - a bathroom and a separate toilet (towels not provided), - no Wi-Fi, sorry :)

A nearby bar can generate noise pollution on certain evenings, so we provide you with earplugs if necessary while waiting for administrative authorization to change our windows. During the day the accommodation is quiet.
