Charming apartment on the ground floor of an 18th century building in the historic heart of Pézenas. Everything on foot! Visit the city center, museums, shops, artisans, antique shops and flea markets, restaurants galore! My small 35 m2 two-room apartment offers comfort and quality services for 2 people: equipped kitchen, TV living room, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, 160 cm bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, linen included. All you have to do is settle in and cocoon!

Located in the 12th century tower of a former wine estate with a large maintained park with swimming pool. 15 minutes from the sea, this large 70 m2 fully air-conditioned studio is ideal for a family. Under the roofs and combining historical charm and modern comfort (equipped kitchen dishwasher, ovens and washing machine), the studio includes a large double bed and a large mezzanine with 3 single beds. Access to the park and pool of the estate's bed and breakfasts.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Independent studio in a village house. Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m². We offer a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, a newly fitted kitchen, a sitting area with two armchairs and coffee table for coffee, reading etc. Alignan is a small town ideally located 8 minutes from Pezenas, 20 minutes from Béziers, 20-25 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the highway and 45 minutes from Montpellier. The village has all amenities and is very active culturally.
