The villa Le Closeau, 2 steps from the beach, will offer you beautiful moments of family holidays. This spacious house can accommodate 14 people and is set in a magnificent enclosed garden with trees of 2500m2. Set back from the road and surrounded by gardens, the villa is quiet. The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with piano and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.
