Comfortable ground floor 2-room flat (34 m2) with terrace in flowered garden, a 3-mn walk from the nice little beach of Anse Caritan. The village 600m far offers all amenities (shops, post office, restaurants). Several beaches around, all different, including the beach of Les Salines, nautical activities, hiking. Lovely apartment, completely renovated, in the secure Melody residence, with numbered parking space and swimming pool. You will be welcomed in a 2-room apartment comprising a living room, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160), a shower room with suspended toilet and washing machine and a large terrace of more than 10 m² with its new equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob), dining room and above all a breathtaking view of the bay of Marin and Sainte Anne.
