The property is located on the sea in La Flotte. It is very well equipped - especially for someone with young children. Washing machine, dryer, high chair, stair gates, enclosed garden. In addition, the house is perfectly located right on the promenade. Everything is in walking distance. The place was really spotlessly clean!

Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment. What a joy to be able to land or eat in front of the sea. The apartment is ideal and very well equipped. The bathroom is very clean and the bedroom has several storage. In short, thank you Owen for the welcome and for this great stay.

Karen is a lovely person. We received a warm and personalized welcome with clear explanations and recommendations. It is also very flexible in terms of arrival and departure times and all this despite our last-minute reservation. The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful and charming building in a peaceful location with easy parking. It's perfectly arranged and equipped. We were 4 adults and a baby, the area was ideal. I can only recommend this place. Thank you for the short but pleasant stay.

Excellent stay at Maïa and Johann's place. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped and close to La Rochelle in a small quiet village. A pleasure to be able to have breakfast on the private sunny terrace in the morning. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice and functional apartment. We had a great quiet weekend with magnificent sea views. Accessible beach just downstairs from the building for beautiful walks.

Very nice house, a beautiful decoration and well-equipped. The garden is very cute. 10 min nieul sur mer.

The house is located in a quiet area close to the sea and the center of La Couarde. Parking in the drive is very convenient. The house is large and well equipped. Noted that you have to go through one of the double bedrooms to access the bedroom with the single beds (unless you go through the outdoor terrace, which is more problematic in rainy weather). The rental is managed by a concierge. Elodie and Yohann were welcoming and responsive. One of them is present at check-in and check-out (very nice on arrival, but more restrictive at departure because you have to know exactly what time we will be ready to leave!) For the rental price, it's a shame that sheets and towels are not included.

Pleasant accommodation. Quiet. beach and shops 100 meters from the accommodation. (Bakery, creperie, pizzeria, grocery store, butcher and restaurants) Parking for a car in front of the property. Good bedding.

A very nice stay in Marsilly! Veronique, is a very hospitable host. Very fluid communication. The accommodation matches the photos and very well located, quiet but close to the center and all its amenities. We're so excited!

Very good stay, too bad the good weather wasn't always there, but still beautiful days over 10 days. Nice little house where nothing was missing. Good bedding. Marie Pierre is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time, thanks to Angelique and Christophe's place! The accommodation is very well located just a few minutes by bike from the small port of the fleet and especially its market! The coastal path is also nearby and will give you some great running sessions! Otherwise the accommodation is very very very functional , everything is well thought out, enough appliances to feel that we are missing nothing. there are many electrical outlets, storage, the space with the double bed is well thought out and gives you the impression of a real room in this studio. The underground parking is just the cherry on the cake! Honestly, I did a lot of airbnb and I find that Christophe and Angelique's place was designed for "us" guests so that we felt at home... and it works! Thanks again and I would highly recommend their place!

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. As described. ok for 2 adults and 2 children. Hosts accommodating for schedules. Beautiful environment and well maintained. The pools delighted both young and old. Recommended ++ even if the price was on our high range. We would happily stay again! Thank you
