The three of us spent a week in Alain's apartment. We arrived stressed and very relaxed. The view is priceless, the proximity to the beach just brilliant. Thanks to the bikes, bakery, shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. We had a wonderful stay in La Rochelle. From the 4th floor we had great views of the sea and nice breezes. The beach was right there after you walked out the back entrance. There were several restaurants and bars along the beach. We will stay there again when we have more time to visit.

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Top neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is great! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus as a family. There is even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. I recommend it!
