Nice little independent studio in a condominium close to all amenities in a quiet area of Saint-Denis allowing you to visit the North, East and West of the island as well as the cirques of MAFATE and SALAZIE, classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You can also enjoy the pool if you need a break! 10 minutes from the airport, bus at the bottom of the house. We will be there to advise you if necessary. Quiet 47 m² comfortable annex, 10 min airport

Your cozy accommodation is completely independent, with a private entrance. Small private pool, no other guests, (heated in cool season, about 27 degrees), not overlooked. Located in Sainte Marie, 10 minutes from R-Garros Airport and 20 minutes from Saint Denis. It is a relaxing place and the ideal starting point for many excursions (Salazie, East Coast, St Denis...). We offer accommodation for 2 adults; please do not receive outside guests without consulting us!

The Sapotes Bungalow

In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have two lovely dogs in the garden. There is an extra €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Fully-equipped F2 apartment with parking and pool

Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and WiFi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to the airport (15 minutes by car) it makes it an ideal base both: for your arrival on the island, to organize your stay; and, for the day before your departure.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Very quiet and bright apartment of 31m ². Ideal for tourism, travelers but also for housing on professional assignments. Parties and party gatherings NOT ALLOWED 1 bedroom with wardrobe and possibility of 4 beds (bed 2 pl. in the bedroom + sofa bed in the living room). - Furnished kitchen Bathroom-WC and walk-in shower Exteriors and Pool (shared with owner home), terrace. Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
