No complaints, the listing is completely accurate, clean, bright, in the city center but quiet. Ideal to go with grandparents and children (6 Guests and 2 doggies). The kitchen is already well stocked: salt, oil, pepper, vinegar etc... games and books. Very nice stay.

Very peaceful accommodation, beach within walking distance, convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is very hot in the accommodation during the day, the 2 fans were appreciated. Self check-in and checkout with very simple and quick lockbox, clear explanations. We had a great time at this place for two:)

We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped and functional very nicely decorated and it is ideally located not far from the center and not far from the sea that can be reached on foot.

We stayed at Carin's place for a week with our two children. This is very clean and beautiful, and you can find everything you need in the apartment . The apartment has views of the pool and is 50 meters from the beach. Great location and very quiet. I can only recommend it and we would love to come back. The city and surroundings are very nice and the children loved it.

We had a great time at Hervé's place. The apartment is great, clean (thank you Mrs. Bila... for your welcome too😊), tidy and well-appointed. The sea and the pool are 2 steps away, it's perfect and very convenient when you have children! The apartment is well equipped and offers a beautiful view on both sides. Marc and his wife were very welcoming, available, with nice little touches for my daughter. We had a great time, the accommodation is in a great location, we did almost everything on foot. We had a really wonderful time at this property in Sausset Les Pins. We have been lucky to stay in lovely places over the years but we all agreed that this one has the most beautiful view - it is impossible to ever get tired of it! The kitchen is excellent - super well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and eat on the terrace looking at the view! There is lots of space for everyone to do their own thing but then come together on the terrace or around the pool. The little gate to the sea and beach is magical and the property has lots of boards, rock shoes and fins you can use which is fantastic. We all very much enjoyed staying in a house that felt very French. That authenticity and sense of a place is important to us when we travel. The house has a lot of French charm. Finally a big shout out to Luc who is an excellent host. He was very responsive both before we travelled and during our stay - always on hand with a smile to answer any questions. Thank you Luc!

Our best location in Sète, a city we often practice my children and I ~ is a cape, the most advanced on the seafront Corniche district (or even the most advanced in the whole city ...) ~ ideal (swimming, coves beaches, rocks and other undisclosed😊) Sun the whole stay a chance, our host of formidable, caring ~ human efficiency. The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

Excellent location of the house on the harbor and the cove of the Redonne which is very pleasant for swimming and walks on the coastal trails. Very well hosted by Viviane. Beautiful views from the large terrace and the rotunda dining room. 1st floor of the house well decorated and equipped for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom for 2 adults and 2 children, a little tight for 4 adults. Absolutely recommended!

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.

Laurent is a very kind host. She greeted us at the arrival time we decided based on our travel needs. Laurent also took care to get us a bed with a mattress for our little girl. The place upon our arrival was perfect and the spaces were more than suitable for 4 people. The sea view terrace on which to eat was that extra detail that made everything very pleasant. The accommodation is in the center of the village, really 50m from the free beach that is accessed directly from the residential complex. A private parking space was available. Although there is no washing machine in the apartment, immediately outside the complex there is an inexpensive and open automatic laundry all day 7/7. Everything is beautiful for a comfortable and pleasant beach vacation, both with family and friends. The village is equipped with restaurants, activities and a very large Luna Park for young and old. The sea was also beautiful and clean

This apartment is stunning and as per the pictures… you will not be disappointed. It’s been finished and furnished to a very high spec and has absolutely everything you could wish for. We found it to be very quiet at night and perfectly located to the marina front, beaches and restaurants. We’ll be back next year! Thanks very much!!
