Vacation rentals with a firepit in Salamanca

Very nice environment, close to the mountain range. A charming village, with very welcoming people, almost as welcoming as the owner, who cared at all times about our well-being and enjoyment in her home during these days. We enjoyed the fireplace as boys and girls. Highly recommended.

A super big and charming house, also perfect if you're looking to treat yourself. Although there are things that are still under renovation, you can tell that the house has excellent qualities and they are fixing it with care. We were passing through Salamanca and wanted a quiet place, but special… and this house was just that. Ideal to disconnect, be happy and enjoy the space. In our case, the house was excessively large but for the price, it was worth it. I'm sure larger groups take advantage of it more than we do. It is also a good option for those who want a getaway with something else. I would pick it again and recommend it!

Perfect apartment for exploring beautiful Salamanca. The aprtment is a very short walk to the Plaza Mayor, shops, restaurants, and beautiful cathedrals. The aprtment is clean and very spacious. We had a wonderful stay!

For our first Airbnb experience Casa Rurales managed by Paula was above and beyond what we would have imagined. Barco de Avila is a small, quaint town with the magic of its castle, river, and better yet, its people. Everyone seems to know everyone. As visitors, even with instructions, we got a little lost. We were helped by very nice locals & Paula welcomed us from the street. On the outside, Casa Rurales has a mixture of rustic with modern. Inside, while modern, it is homey, cozy, and spacious. As it was cool during our visit, Paula had a fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. She gave us a tour of the kitchen (fully stocked with everything to cook with, eat on, eat with), the interior yard (table, chairs, grill), and three rooms, each with their own bathroom. Paula also left us a list of places to visit and eat. Unfortunately, we were staying very little time. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully with more time. If available, we will stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend! Our stay at Francisco's cottage was lovely. The house complied with all descriptions, and we felt at home from the first moment. The place is cozy, well cared for and is a perfect environment to enjoy nature. The views from the house were unbeatable. In addition, Francisco was always available for any questions and offered us his help at all times. He also recommended restaurants and places to visit. I certainly recommend Francisco and his home. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful environment . Nature, horses in the fields next door... the city center of Ciudad Rodrigo nearby. Beautiful walled city very lively. Very functional and very well-equipped house inside and out. Stunning well-maintained pool. And Gloria is friendly and very responsive to requests . Thanks again and see you next time
