Beachfront vacation rentals in Salamis Island

Die Idee von Yiorgos, ein kleines Tinyhaus am Rande eines Hotels zu platzieren, ist einfach super. Wir wurden durch die Hotelrezeption sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten ein super leckeres Abendessen dort in dem Restaurant und ebenfalls das Frühstück ist absolut empfehlenswert. Nicht zu toppen, ist dieses kleine Tinyhouse mit dem sagenhaften Blick aufs Meer und all den wunderschönen Pflanzen und Bäumen drumherum. Einfach einzigartig ! Wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’appartement était vraiment nickel ! La vue est vraiment magnifique, nous avions le tram juste en face donc c’était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements. Nous étions avec nos 4 enfants et l’espace pour les enfants était super ! L’hôte était très réactif à nos demandes , il répondant très rapidement, c’était vraiment chouette 🥳 on se réjouit de revenir ! 🥰

Appartamento molto bello, con vista sul mare che regala tramonti meravigliosi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito, abbiamo soggiornato due mesi e siamo stati benissimo, trovando tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La zona è molto comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi metri da tutto: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, negozi, una zona verde. Adatto anche a chi ha un cane, il nostro ha adorato il posto. Con dieci minuti di auto si è nel centro di Atene, oppure si può prendere il tram dalla vicina fermata. Host molto disponibile, reattiva e cordiale, grazie veramente di tutto :)

Thanos was very responsive and made the apartment available early as we came on an earlier ferry. The location is as good as it gets. Down the stairs and you were in the hub of the village. At night the area was pretty quiet, so easy to sleep. Views were stunning —-you could spend hours watching the coming and goings in the port. Would definitely stay here again. The only possible downside is that there are quite a lot of stairs to the apartment (around 50 from the street) Not an issue for us, but if you struggle with stairs worth considering.

We had a wonderful time in Vagia, especially staying in this beautiful house. It’s perfectly located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly recommend Karina’s home – she and her family were great hosts.

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

Cosy and quiet penthouse studio with view of the sea and sunset. Walkable to local restaurants, too. Dora is a friendly and proactive host and this is a great pick if you want to be away from the intensity of Athens, but still close enough to access the city centre by car (45 mins). Another advantage is that the airport is conveniently less than a 30-minute drive away (but you never see or hear a plane).

Ίσως η καλύτερη διαμονή ως τώρα! Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα πολύ μεγάλο άνετο με ένα μεγάλο κρεβάτι και ένα μεγάλο καναπέ (με μυρωδάτα σεντόνια!)κουζίνα μπαλκόνι και ταράτσα μόνο για εμάς! Το καλύτερο βέβαια ήταν η πισίνα η οποία ήταν καλύτερη και από μαγαζί!! Η κυρία Μαρία φανταστική, εξυπηρετική και ευδιάθετη και ο κύριος Σπύρος μας εξυπηρέτησε όταν είχαμε αμεση ανάγκη!Φυσικά το πανέμορφο σκυλάκι της οικογένειας,ηΝικίτα το Ακίτα ήταν το αποκορύφωμα!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Στέλλα, Κατερίνα, Εμορφύλη!

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the the warm, welcoming ambiance of the property. The host's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay, from the impeccably clean and beautifully decorated interior to the thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. What can I say about George’s place other than, if you decide to stay in Vouliagmeni,look no further!! George was great!!! We didn’t need anything because everything was there!! Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, beach was a 5 minute walk,the lake was a 15 minute walk and great restaurants were all around!! Would DEFINITELY stay there again!! Pros: Beautiful house, lovely hosts, idyllic area. Easy access to all riviera, and Athens city. Generous sized bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. The juice press and freshly picked oranges left for us. Feels authentically Greek, not like hotel. Plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankest. Hosts would bring us whatever we needed. Cons: Have to walk on narrow sidewalk along main road 1 min to access house. The road is noisy in living room and front porch, bedrooms are in the back are more sheltered. The road is 6 lanes, and the beach is on the other side, so it takes some time going across and it can feel a bit daunting for some. Bit of a walk to nearest safe crossing. For us, the pros outweighs the cons. Bring earplugs to cancel the noise from the road and you'll be fine.

We spent Easter weekend at Dimitris's house with our four teenage / adult children and had a beautiful time. The view is outstanding, you could sit and watch it all day. We had beautiful weather and swam from steps 5 minutes walk below the house, the water is so clear. We used the local bus to go to Perdika for excellent lunch , climbed up to the ancient olive grove above the house, cycled to Marathonas beach and cafes in ten minutes, and got a taxi to the Temple of Aphaia. Dimitris helped us with all our questions and planning. It was a very special family time, thank you Dimitris!

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

Sotiri is a very helpful and friendly host. He put some water in the fridge and left us a small Ouzo bottle. the apartment is clean, has a great view and is in a good location.

Our stay at the apartment in Palio Faliro was wonderful. We were greeted at the airport by a taxi set up by our host. Our driver picked us up from the Athens airport very late at night and brought us to the apartment. There we were greeted by the owners assistant who showed us around. She was very sweet, courteous and informative. We loved the nice large size of the apartment. The comfortable beds and spacious kitchen for preparing meals. The patio is a lovely addition to the apartment. It extends the length of the apartment and can be entered from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment offered all you need for an excellent stay in Palio Faliro. We would definitely rent this apartment again when returning to the area.

Dora was very easy to deal with, very friendly, responsive and welcoming. We were provided with fruit, OJ, water, coffee, bread, butter, honey and wine. All the rooms were very clean. There are two sleeping rooms and one bathroom. The apartment looks newly refurbished. Amenities are excellent. There is a well functioning aircon across the apartment. Across the street, you’ll find a public beach. Within a few minutes’ walking distance, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. If you have a car, you can find parking outside the building. Otherwise, the tram station is nearby and you have easy access to taxis via Freenow. The only little caveat was the noise at night from the main street right behind the apartment. Albeit the apartment is well isolated, some night owls use the street as their race track.

Beautiful home. Very private on a very quiet side of the island. Not much to do close by but we rented a car so I was fine. I wish there were more local recommendations, but overall beautiful, clean and the view was gorgeous. The water is accessible right out the door but it is a sharp rock beach and a bit difficult barefoot, but really beautiful.
