Der See befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sein natürliches Ufer ist in 2 min zu Fuss erreichbar und lädt zum Baden ein. Das romantische mittelalterliche Städtchen Stein am Rhein erreichst du zu Fuss über einen idyllischen Weg entlang dem See. In den Wintermonaten sorgt neben der Fussbodenheizung ein grosser Kaminofen für behagliche Wärme und Atmosphäre.

-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

Located 70 m to the lake and 200 m to the next beach, the Casa Calvin offers 90 sqm space, including a huge living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an amazing garden and a fireplace. The cozy house is modernly equipped and very spacious. If needed (if you are more than 7 people) you can rent the adjacent granny- flat for additional 2 people on top with about 25 sqm. The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.

Wir haben die letzten Jahre unser Schmuckstück, welches über 100 Jahre alt ist, mit viel Liebe renoviert. Um den ursprünglichen Flair zu erhalten haben wir den Duschbereich im Freien gelassen. Falls Sie auf ein wenig Komfort verzichten können, dafür aber Erholung und Naturnähe genießen möchten...Dann sind Sie herzlich eingeladen eine tolle Zeit bei uns zu verbringen.

Seehaus "BEIJA-FLOR" - Bodensee-Radweg & -Badeufer

Mit unserem Ferienhaus «beija-flor» haben wir uns unseren Traum vom Leben am Wasser erfüllt und André, von Beruf Architekt, konnte endlich ein eigenes Projekt realisieren. Wir haben das Haus 2023 gekauft und dann liebevoll und mit viel Eigenleistung renoviert. Der Name ist von unserer letzten grossen Reise nach Brasilien inspiriert und heisst übersetzt «Kolibri» - «der die Blumen küsst».

Haus am Seeufer | Veranda in natürlicher Umgebung

Das auf Stelzen stehende Seehaus befindet sich direkt am Bodensee. Auf der Terrasse und von innerhalb des Hauses lassen sich wunderbar die Landschaft, die Atmosphäre am Ufer und dem See sowie die Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich an sehr ruhiger Lage ausserhalb der Ortschaft und eignet sich für Ruhesuchende, welche sich gerne mit Natur umgeben.

Der Hof Spittelsberg liegt malerisch oberhalb von Bodman-Ludwigshafen. Dieser wunderschöne, historische Bauernhof lädt dazu ein in Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit die Seele baumeln zu lassen und sich zu erholen. Ob mit Freunden und Familie oder für eine Auszeit und Seminare.
