With 900 square feet the space is an excellent base from which small groups and families can explore downtown Salem and the maritime North Shore from Newburyport to Marblehead. We are a 12 minute walk or 3 minute Uber from the attractions of downtown Salem (0.68 miles) and 0.5 miles from the Salem train station with its convenient access to Boston via 25 minute scenic train ride.

The Buffum House | 3 bed 2 bath

The Buffum House is a new, clean, and loved 1,200 sq/ft 2nd floor apt. in North Salem, just outside of downtown. Close enough to walk everywhere but slightly nestled into a historic neighborhood that gets away from the craziness. It is the best of both worlds. The train is a 5 minute walk but far enough to not hear it. North Salem has a few coffeeshops and breakfast joints a stone throw away. And, oh yeah, the apartment is awesome! Each of our 7 rooms is inspired by each of the 7 books in our favorite magical fantasy series.

The Ghoul’s Attic-For 90s Witches and Wannabes

No ghoulies or ghosties here--just a unique and magical escape inspired by everyone's favorite school of magic--located upstairs at The Creaky Cauldron B&B in the heart of Salem! We have put a lot of love into creating a special and unique experience for visitors to the Witch City who love magic and Salem as much as we do. Each room has been carefully themed after a magical house and/or subject to give our guests an immersive experience in the world of witchcraft and wizardry.

Modern Salem: Whole 2 Bed 2 Bath Unit

This first floor unit in my newly renovated two-family home is 3/4 of a mile from downtown Salem with all its attractions. Guests have two off-street parking spaces in a tandem configuration. Inside there is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is completely new with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a laundry room that guests are free to use.

Nestled within the historical Derby Street neighborhood in Salem, MA, The House of Three Gables offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, a livingroom w/tv, and a full kitchen. Free Wi-fi and parking available on premise. This prime location is less than a 3 minute stroll to the Salem/Boston Ferry with museums, restaurants, and shops around every corner.
