We had an unforeseen issue with the bed and bath linens on the first day, the laundry was very late to deliver to the apartment and they only did it around 10 p.m. Because we have young children, it was uncomfortable. Lucca was always talking to me through the chat. Otherwise, the stay was great. Spacious apartment, clean and new utensils, everything working. I recommend it.

The first thing I noticed was that the place was extremely clean, to the point where we walked barefoot so as not to get the house dirty. Our choice was perfect. In the vicinity, I believe it is the best option. Spacious apartment. Very clean and very organized beach, with umbrellas and beach chairs available at no cost. Great sea for all ages with ideal waves for playing bodyboard. We found the cost of food to be high. We really like the Bertioga Fish Market, where we find fresh pink shrimp G, gutted with or without shell, the merchants pack with a lot of care for travel. Host Eliana is attentive, helpful and super quick to respond. Thank you.

Very quiet and safe place, beach access very close, kitchen with various utensils, during the stay exchanged the microwave for a new one, wifi worked well for homeoffice. Apps maps and waze do not direct the address to the correct location and the D concierge was closed because of works, had to return and access through another concierge.

Excellent location, close to bakery, pizzeria, pizzeria, hamburgueria etc The residence is clean, comfortable, organized and well-equipped. We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
