The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

Luxurious apartment on Santana Row! Maria’s apartment is beautiful! Parking is conveniently located downstairs and easy to access. Key fobs and codes get you in and out of everything and that’s nice. The place is great! Amazing snacks with beers and wine and chocolate were awaiting us. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is nice size with tub and shower. The kitchen has everything you need if staying in is your jam. But there are so many great restaurants in walking distance that we ate out all three nights. Maria was very responsive when we had questions and we loved our stay - highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our family get together! It was clean and right on the beach! Well worth what we paid and I would def go back. Everyone was super helpful and we got right in with no problems! All in all it was beautiful, everyone we talked to was friendly!!

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!

Had a great stay! Place was super nice and is in the best location possible with restaurants and stores right underneath you…mall across the street couldn’t ask for a better stay and what I loved the most was how responsive and kind the host were def will be back!!

This home was beautiful, easy to find & private location with plenty of parking to choose from. Very short 2 min walk to access the ocean right at your feet. The home was spacious & clean. When we arrived, we got there a little early and were still able to access and get settled in with time to spare for the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t get any communication with Jay. When we arrived, I noticed one of the window slats was broken in the room with bunk beds and the shared restroom shower drain was really struggling to drain the water. I tried calling a few times nit the voicemail box was full.. we also weren’t sure what the policy was on being able to bbq. When renting this spot the instructions said no but once we arrived we found instructions in the welcome book that said we could. So it was just a bit of confusion. All in all though, the place served its purpose and we all had a wonderful time being able to gather in the home & beach. We would definitely come back, it was beautiful!

What can we say...this is one of our FAVORITE airbnb home away from homes...we have been back to Marjie and Joffrey's place so many times now and simply love it more and more each time! It's beautiful, relaxing, located in the absolute most perfect spot...and we just adore everything about it!!! Marjie is the sweetest, we always have fun chatting back and fourth and we are just so thankful for their place that has now been the back drop to so many of our families beautiful memories together :). We can't wait to visit again!!!!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

Great location. We had one of our office guests stayed at the place. He felt very comfortable with the location. The local vibe of Willow Glen is really hidden jewel in San Jose area and 5 min drive to San Jose downtown. Thank you!

Wonderful stay on Santana Row. The location can’t be beat. Steps away from restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space for the entire family. The outdoor space was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a great 2 week stay. Every day essentials were provided which was great for my hubby who travels around California for work. Loved the outdoor area to hang out after work and enjoy some outdoor quiet time.

We stayed 2 weeks at Irene and Gary’s and it was perfect for us. The guest suite was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The large outdoor patio was also nice. The location felt private and very safe, and was central to all of the places we wanted to visit (Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy was a nice surprise). Irene and Gary were great hosts- very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

My family and I had a great stay here.. we only left the resort once! The kids had a blast.

We will be back! Absolutely gorgeous! The only thing we were unaware of is the $200 fee to use the bonfire pits. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to stay and unfortunately we didn’t want to spend the money on it after thinking it came with the hotel stay. Pools were great! Very accommodating and friendly staff!

This was our second stay at Seascape. It's a beautiful, relaxing property. The unit is comfortable and very well-appointed. Even the sofa bed and wall bed are really comfy. The view is lovely. The location of this unit makes it pretty easy to get belongings to and from the parking lot. Owners are friendly and professional, with great communication.

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

This is a special place in a great location; perfect home base for exploring Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, Capitola, and Santa Cruz!! The grounds are immaculate and the staff onsite offer friendly support. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and there are lots of sleeping options. GREAT restaurant and bar onsite! But that’s the only place to eat that’s walkable. So we used the BBQ grill for one night, which was clean and in good shape! Enjoyed cooking outside and eating at the private patio table. Hot tub and pool super clean and well kept! Was nice! Come here to relax, recharge, watch sunsets on the beach and adventure around the many beautiful nearby destinations!!

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!
