The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.

You can experience the thrill of sleeping 5 meters high, among the branches of the large linden tree. The suite is built entirely of wood and furnished with natural materials, in line with our philosophy of eco-compatibility. The terrace, an exclusive area for guests of the suite, is an extraordinary observatory of the sky and the landscape of the river.
