The Old Museum is a detached self-contained holiday home in the historic and picturesque village of Castle Combe. Situated in the lower village it is just short walk (200m) to the village centre with its pubs, cafe and restaurant. The Manor House Golf Club and Castle Combe Circuit are both within in walking distance and the footpath opposite connects up with a series of walks across the land of the Castle Combe Estate and beyond. The accommodation is designed in an open plan layout containing a bedroom area with queen size bed, living room area with a TV, sofa and log burning stove and a well-equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs. The bathroom comprises a toilet, sink, heated towel rail and walk-in shower. There are also tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board. The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores.
