Vacation rentals with a patio in Salisbury

Susana’s place is so handy for the city centre and main sights, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Although the neighbourhood is quite busy with traffic at times, inside the apartment was not noisy. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the calm decor, well equipped kitchen and period features. Having a coffee machine was a real bonus.

This was our first holiday as a family and we felt right at home. The apartment was beautifully appointed and in a superb location with lots of walks and scenery. The area was very friendly especially for children with parks and play areas and the beaches are outstanding. Local shops including restaurants and bakeries & cafés were all very welcoming and very reasonably priced. It had been a long time since we had been to Southbourne and it didn’t disappoint along with the apartment. It made a perfect staycation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are looking to have a good UK break.

My partner has an excellent stay here for work, the owners even moved him to a secondary location as this was booked for this week. Great communication, lovely home.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!

Very convenient location for our weekend in Bournemouth. The flat was very spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and a treat to have two bathrooms between us. We managed to park on the street both evenings which was a bonus. We explored Kingston Lacy while we were there which we thoroughly recommend! Host was helpful and quick to respond.

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb AirBnB flat. One of the best I have stayed in. Well located in a fantastic converted location on the city's riverside and a short scenic walk to everything this very cool City has to offer. Really comfortable place stacked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The parking space is next to the property and very easy to get in and out of. I would happily live somewhere like this :) Host and flat highly recommended. Thank you

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

The cottage was beautiful. The word of the stay was cute, everything was just perfect and the views were amazing. Although we only had a short stay it was comfortable, clean and cosy. We would definitely recommend. Jo was easy to contact and very welcoming on arrival and check out. Thank you x

We stayed at John’s place (a family of 5). We liked the enclosed private garden, it was very peaceful. We had a lovely stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfy. We look forward to returning soon. Many thanks, Kirsty & family

Very nice flat, a few minutes walk to the sea. A great location for the coast and the New Forest (10min drive away). Carl was very helpful and the flat was very clean. We had a great few days.

Exactly what we needed for a long weekend break. Quick responses from host, easy to get in to the house. Exactly as described, in walking distance to a number of places.

We had a great stay at Daniela's place, great location for the beach and both Shanklin and Sandown. Daniela was very responsive with the queries we had and the house was great, the garden is a sun trap. Would recommend it.

This house is a great base to explore Hayling Island. You can walk to the beach and local walking trails. The shower was good, we parked the car and left it there all week. Home is bright , airy and modern. Comfortable bed and washing facilities and garden/ washing line. Nicola was very helpful and we recommend this highly. Never been to Hayling Island before but fell in love with the wildness, untouched beauty of the coastline and sea swimming...

Absolutely superb, had business in Bristol for 2 weeks and this was the perfect home to come back to of an evening. On my return will 100% booking, many thanks Lucy your doing a superb job.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Anthony’s great place. He was the perfect host, very friendly , gave great instructions regarding the facilities and provided us with some local information. Sonya is incredibly responsive with communication and flexible with our check in times. Her flat is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It’s to a great standard. The immediate surroundings of the flat are a little questionable but in prime location to parks, restaurants, and the beach. It can feel hot inside the flat on summer days but the large floor to ceiling French doors onto the terrace and provided fan at the property offer sufficient cooling. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Sonya and her property have been great to our family (2 adults, 2 teens) while we are on our holidays!

We had such an amazing get away, it was so relaxing and felt like home. Paul was super helpful, made us feel comfortable and gave a great recommendation for food. Close enough to get to the Beach and town but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relax!

Fantastic apartment flooded with beautiful light and the most stunning views of the sea. So peaceful and quiet, well laid out and equipped with cool, funky decor. Perfect location really close to sandy Boscombe beach and ideal for exploring Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Dorset landmarks. Great for a family of four with the layout of the rooms.

A delightful place for one or two people, immaculately presented and set in a quiet suburb. We cheese to walk back from town a couple of times, we also got a cab back late at night which was only £6.50. Great place to stay if you would like peace , quiet and leisurely walks to town. Family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and we all really enjoyed it. You are about 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth sea front and about 10-15 minutes to Southbourne beach. You are also a 5ish minute walk to Tesco Express (it's quicker to walk there than Drive) which is handy, there was also some restaurants in the same area but we didn't try any. The house was very clean and well looked after and a really good sized garden for the kids to run around in. Beds were all made up ready for us and few bits left out as a welcome gift which were a nice touch. Angela was also very accessible throughout the stay if we needed her.

Nothing negative at all. I loved it. Beautifully decorated. Lots to keep us amused. Actually, I would have been just as happy with the weekend if we hadn't left the accommodation. even my 18 and 21 year old kids were impressed - and that's very hard to do! Fantastic location 2 minutes walk from a quiet beach (although it is April so maybe it gets busier in the summer) Thank you for taking this last minute booking. It was perfect

We had a lovely stay at Sam’s place. Very clean and homely, beautiful views, lovely big hot tub and it was lovely to have the cows outside.
