Super communication… felt like we were instantly friends! Perfect for the five of us! Seafood cleaning station outside on the backside of the house: PERFECT! Plenty of parking space!! Perfect view!! Perfect view while enjoying hot tub!! Great kitchen; um, with bay view!! Plenty of kitchen space! Loads of counter space!! Great dinner and entertaining area!! Can’t wait to return with my family!! Can’t wait to return with my besties!! Big master bath; with of course A VIEW! I could live here!!! Gigantic comfy sofa!! GREAT LOCATION!!! Comfiest sheets ever. And super soft towels!! Will definitely stay longer next time!!!!

This property is such an undiscovered gem! It’s hard to put into words how special this location is, given there’s no other properties quite like it next to it and it’s literally the only one on the water in this region of the marsh. Megan has gone above and beyond to have the place stocked with all bathroom essentials, snacks, records, kitchen tools etc. It’s all incredibly spacious, feeling like it can comfortably hold 6-7, and the space has been thoughtfully curated artistically. These are the kind of once in a blue moon rare finds on Airbnb and I feel lucky to have experienced this with my family at a reasonable cost! Would definitely return and recommend others to check out this place to make Bodega Bay feel extra memorable Notes: as a light sleeper, there are some pet like sounds from upstairs but Megan has stocked the place with earplugs. The unit runs cold, especially by the bathrooms, but Megan has also accounted for portable heaters to help here.

Absolutely loved the cottage and can’t wait to spend another weekend there! Such an amazing and beautiful location and next to trails. Felt so cozy and right at home.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at Pat's place. We have stayed in Bodega Bay before, but this place was by far the best we've stayed at. We loved the convenient location walking distance to the beach and just a few minutes drive to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the deck for bird watching, listening to the waves, and star gazing at night. We also loved the charm and character of the house, the kitchen was adorable with all the amenities we needed, and the living room was awesome for relaxing and taking in the evening sunsets. Overall the house was clean, comfortable, and private. We will definately be back, our only regret is not staying longer!
