Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). The Garden Room is bright and spacious with lovely views to the south across the Lewes Brooks. There is a well equipped kitchen area, and you have your own front door. Coffee, tea, milk and some breakfast provisions will be waiting for you for your first morning. We are close to Lewes but with open fields nearby. It is a ten minute walk to a pub, for local beer and food. There is space nearby for a small car to park; larger vehicles can park about 20m from our driveway, on the Kingston Road.

Please note I cannot offer an early check in before 3pm. I will hopefully get to meet you on arrival, or there is a key box if not. Our family home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean.
