Cabin in a magical place - Nature retreat in SP

Take a break from the rush of São Paulo within São Paulo! Do you need to come to or are you in SP for work? We did, too, so we built this nature retreat 20 minutes from SP. Our Tiny House was built in a magical place, overlooking a still intact reserve of springs and many trees, 15 km from the São Paulo Morumbi metro, 6 km from the Carapicuíba train, several buses and other facilities 500 meters away. We thought of everything, so that the construction would generate the least impact on nature.

Olival Barn House

Casa Celeiro Olival is located in Sítio Itaúna, a rural property with a beautiful view amid an olive grove, 800 meters above sea level, in the city of Jarinu, SP. We are very close to the Rota da Uva, a circuit of wineries, gastronomy and tourism that connects Jarinu to Jundiaí. The house, in American barn style, is 75 m², living room with fireplace, kitchen, mezzanine, bathroom with bathtub and view, balcony, outdoor shower and fire pit area. Ideal for couples and families of up to 4 people.

A 1-hour retreat from São Paulo

The space is in a gated community. The main house, where I live, is on the same property. The entire infrastructure will be for the exclusive use of guests throughout the stay: barbecue, swimming pool, spa, sauna, etc., with all the privacy you deserve. Quality Wi-Fi, perfect for those who want to get out of the routine and work from home. Automation with Alexa for air conditioning, projector, lights, etc. The space is located in the city of Itupeva, 60 minutes from São Paulo Capital.

In the cold, there are fireplaces to warm you up, and in the heat, a pool to cool you down.

It is a guest house integrated with the pool attached to the main house where the owners live; however, the spaces are independent and private, the spaces are not shared between owners and guests.
