Cottage vacation rentals in Saluda River

This was an awesome house! We will have to come back when it gets a little warmer and we can use the pool. But for this weekend it was hottub only weather. Great host. Very responsive. Very clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed our stay. The lake is beautiful. Flo has lots of games available for the kids.

Abbie's place was so cute and we loved the location and surroundings. Abbie was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to going back soon.

Great stay at Connestee falls. Loved the views of the lake from the house and the great hiking trails nearby. Lake is stocked with fish and the kids had a lot of luck fishing. Hot tub has a great lake view for enjoying at night

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect set up for our family of 5. The house is charming and updated with nice decor. Very clean and comfortable! We loved how private the property is. Very nice hot tub and fire put area!! Hosts extremely responsive, arrived almost immediately with a space heater when we reported difficulty with one unit. We found lots of fun things to do and see in surrounding towns! Perfect family getaway!

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

The Blue Haus really felt special. We walked in and felt comfortable. There was a moment where we sat on the couch and just said "Why would you stay in a hotel when there are options like this around?" It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown Greenville and only about 7 minutes from downtown Traveler's Rest. If we had any questions, our hosts responded very quickly to help. I highly recommend this location!

This home was a very peaceful location with abundant windows and views of the lake. Very private with comfortable beds and plentiful bathrooms for our family of four.

This is our fourth or fifth time staying at Kristin's ~ which tells you all you need to know. It is our VERY FAVORITE AirBnB! In fact, we've moved vacation dates around just so we could stay here on our way to Florida! Everything about it is amazing! There were even some updates since we last stayed, which took things to a whole new level! It is a great value and the perfect place! Super highly recommend and we can't wait to go back!

This is one of our favorite places to spend a weekend on Lake Murray! It’s such a comfortable space with an incredible view and we enjoyed spending the day enjoying the lake and relaxing. The cottage has everything you could possibly need, and the check in was so easy. The hosts were kind and accommodating and we will definitely be back! Grocery store is only 5 minutes away if you need to grab anything on the way in. If you’re looking for the perfect lakefront getaway—This is it!!!

Great place to stay. Home was inviting and comfortable. Food and activity recommendations were available. Loved that they had dog treats and bowls available when we listed we would be bringing our dog. Richard was friendly and responsive. Felt right at home from the start definitely recommend this rental and will look to stay at this location in the future as well.

Truly a great experience! Deb and Tony are the ultimate hosts. We added family members and a pet to our original reservations due to coordinating schedules for family members. They responded promptly to our requests and our trip was a huge success! I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the Travelers Rest/Greenville area. The vineyard and grounds were peaceful for walking. Wine tasting was a plus!!! Thank you Deb and Tony

We really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for a weekend of traveling with the dogs and our toddler. They all enjoyed the yard, it was fenced in and private! The house was comfortable and clean. Rosemarie thought of every detail- everything we needed was there from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. She was very pleasant to communicate with and even offered us an early check in! Highly recommend!

The Sandbar Cottage was everything we wanted it to be. Candy was very responsive before our visit answering any questions that I had about the location and stay. During our visit she was super responsive as well, allowing me to modify and stay a bit lengthier than we had planned. We traveled as a couple, with our two dogs and bass boat. The accommodations for all were great and just has had been explained. The pet area was super convenient and on the property boat ramp worked out great for us. I recommend getting there in daylight the first day just to take a look around as to how you need to pull in for the ramp and such, my outfit is around 50’ total length. We were able to get settled in make great use of all. I can’t say enough how comfortable the cottage was and warming atmosphere. The first two days of our stay the weather didn’t cooperate. But the cottage was set up with a warm Christmas appearance and the open porch leading to a fenced in area was great for our pups.

Really enjoyed our stay. Wish our trip could have lasted longer. The only thing I would suggest is putting a toaster in the unit.

This is a wonderful Airbnb. It is lovely inside and extremely neat, clean, with very cute decor. Holly is a great host and gets back quickly if any needs arise. The garden at the front of the house is lovely. The back yard is nice if you have a dog. There is also a little patio back there. We had a good bit of rain on our trip so we didn't use that feature. We did sit out on the front porch though which is also cute and comfy. Highly recommend all around!

This is the second trip we have made to this location over the last couple years. The location right on Lake Bowen and the large screened porch make for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation! Very well maintained and owner is super helpful with instructions and helpful tips.

Rustic, cabin-like feel. Not fancy but perfect for our needs. The host was in the process of refreshing the property, which was a bit of a surprise/disappointment, but did not really interfere with our experience. The view was outstanding. Enjoyed sitting down on the dock.

We were very pleased with our stay at the cottage. Everything matched the listing perfectly. The hosts provided a helpful book with information and local suggestions, which was great for those unfamiliar with the area. The location was fantastic. The view from the screened porch was stunning and peaceful throughout the day. We enjoyed watching the beautiful geese during our stay. The deck and boat launch were excellent, especially for my husband who was participating in a fishing tournament. Both were in great condition. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks. We're already looking forward to our next visit. No disappointments at all!

This place is amazing. It is the most unique place that I have ever stayed. You have the convenience of being close to everything but inside you feel like you are in a cozy cabin deep in the woods. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. I will definitely be back!
