David’s lake house was everything we had hoped it would be. Quiet, Family Friendly Neighborhood. Just a few steps to a nice dock on the lake for fishing and fun. Excellent area restaurants to choose from. Woke up every morning to deer and cardinals sharing the grounds. Nature in perfect harmony for a mind clearing reset. Can’t wait to be back for our next vacation. David is easy to reach and very quick to reply. Thanks David for sharing your property for everyone to enjoy!

We loved this cabin! It was a real adventure getting to know the life in the mountain. It was intimate and beautiful. Enough room and attractions for my family and all guests. The mountain was breath taking and there was plenty to do in the community. Brevard is from now on, one of our favorite places on earth.

This home is fantastic in every way. Beautiful furnishings, gorgeous property, spacious, clean, fully stocked, great location. We will definitely be repeat visitors. This one rates in the top 2 of homes we've stayed in and we've stayed in MANY across the country. Friendly host and communicating was always quick and helpful. Five stars all around.

Very clean and great communication with the owner! No problem to get in early to drop refrigerated food or check out an hour later. I would suggest there be a rail at the end of the trail going down to the water for safety.

Beautiful home and they thought of everything! Felt like I was in my own home! Sometimes it is the little things and they were on point with even the little things! Would definitely stay again! Took some notes on decorating in my own home!!! Loved !

The house was beautifully situated in the woods and the porch and patio were great places to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area.

We had such a great stay and Skip and DJ were so welcoming! They were very responsive and made sure our stay was excellent. We did not want to leave. Such a great location! sooo peaceful. If you enjoy listening to nature and sitting outside then this place is a must - it is private and so quiet! The home was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable. It was prefect! We enjoyed the views and being able to walk trails and see waterfalls - what a beautiful area!!

Apartment was clean and clutter free. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was stocked with many items for cooking. It was a great end unit that felt private. We brought our small puppy with us and the complex had more than enough grass and trash stations. It’s a great place and would definitely stay there again.

The host was quickly to respond with instructions to access the lockbox when I arrived. Unit came fully stocked with dishes, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for my stay. The master bed has the BEST pillows i have ever slept on. Closet has plenty of space for a solo traveler. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to extend my reservation by 24hrs at the last minute. Host immediately responded with the confirmation, which was a pleasant surprise due to the short notice. The pool and grill were very nice amenities, as well as the 24hr gym. WiFi was over 300mbps, and never had any issues with connection. I recommend this place to anyone traveling for work, could not ask for a better experience for the price and location!

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.
