Vacation rentals with beach access in Sámara

A nice oasis in quiet Pelada, with a cool dipping pool in the middle of the two cabanas to share. We were lucky that we knew the other couple in cabana 2 but they were private enough that I don’t think it would have mattered if we didn’t. Close to Sunrise coffee which is great breakfast. We bought coffee and fresh fruit from the market and made breakfast smoothies every day while there. Highly recommend renting a golf cart or ATV to get around as, while the beach and Pelada restaurants are walkable, you will want the broader range to get to Guiones or old town Nosara. Place was modern and clean.

Very happy to have chosen this place to spend my vacation!! An incredible view😍, the apartment is very nice and well equipped. Definitely the perfect place if you want to rest and relax. Very good service from Federico, I always answered my questions to train quickly and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!!

Very nice and clean facilities. The beach is within walking distance, as are numerous restaurants. The facility manager is also very responsive and available to answer any questions.

I had a great time staying at Nathan's place. I loved the very short walk to the beach, the house was very comfortable, quiet, safe, and well stocked and I would definitely stay again.

Esperanza was a wonderful host! The spot was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Playa Pelada. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay in Nosara

Absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful property and James is very kind. This place is a gem for sure!

This was my second stay here and I loved it again. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The accommodation is the same as in the photos, the house is very bright, clean and tidy. It has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The rooms are spacious and with enough beds to accommodate large families. The fact that it is in a condominium makes the house very safe. The pool is very cool and the children enjoyed it very much. The roads in the area are unpaved but in good condition, only the last 2 km to reach the condominium are somewhat bad, but by driving slowly a car can enter. Playa Frijolar is 5 minutes away and is very nice. I recommend this accommodation 100% for your vacation, Yanci was very attentive and prompt with her answers.

This is our second stay at Lila's amazing property. We love it and are already planning our third trip! Hot tips for this place: it is rural. Get a good 4x4 to get here. It makes the trip so much smoother. Land Cruiser Prados are the way to go. I would not recommend cheaping out on the 4wd. I'd also suggest a Costa Rica eSIM for your cell phone. Coverage is spotty, at best. The beach is INSANE. If you do get here, and see its beauty, please keep it a secret! :) Lila's place is perfect. It has everything you need, and a bit more. It is truly an oasis. Lila is a wonderful communicator. Despite you feeling like you are at the end of the world, she's always there to help, and her local team are amazing. They show up and take care of anything immediately. Download a roadmap on your phone. Trust the local restaurants (El Barco and San Miguel are amazing). This area is sensational, and Lila makes it comfy, safe, and so satisfying! Thank you again, Lila!

My experience at this house in Marbella was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, friendly and very professional. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: bright, clean, perfectly equipped and with very tasteful decoration. The location is ideal, close to the beach, restaurants and places of interest, but at the same time in a quiet area that allows you to rest in total comfort. I also highlight the attention to detail: soft towels, very comfortable beds, full kitchen and perfect outdoor spaces to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Alex and Leonie were great hosts. Very responsive; answered all our questions and were very helpful. The house was great- plenty of space, very comfortable, very close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Super convenient that there is a washing machine and line to dry clothes. Pool was a highlight for us- great to relax in the evenings after activities during the day.

Each quite spacious, very quiet and clean, equipped with many things the pool with warm water, the spacious rooms. It has no rice pot, no microwave.

This is a wonderfully stock Airbnb. It has everything you need for a week at the beach. It is located in the heart of the town and is easy to walk to restaurants and bars. We could not have asked for a better host and experience.

Our stay at Jarrod’s place was incredible! Best vacation house you could ask for. Perfect location right on the beach but still super private. Having a swimming pool right on the ocean is about as good as it gets, we usually spend most of our vacation time at the beach but this house was so great we wound up spending more time by the pool. Also the house is stocked very well, everything an Airbnb/rental house should have this house has. Jarrod was very accommodating and helped us with transportation and Covid testing at the house. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Playa Negra area! We will definitely be coming back!

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Right in the center of town and a short walk to the beach. Great amenities - coffee maker and coffee, mini shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and lotions, washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable! Very clean.

Federica is full of grace and wisdom. Her daily yoga is extremely special, as are the reiki treatments. We could walk everywhere and enjoy the treats of Samara. They have a little oasis that is so special.

Very beautiful and unfortunately too short stay. The accommodation is very well located, quiet and close to the sea and at the same time a few minutes walk from the center. Clearly communicated check-in and check-out formalities. All the necessary amenities were available including pool towels, which was really much appreciated and used! Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

The condo was beautiful, and you can't beat the view. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. The pool was really nice as well. You can't really walk to town safely because there is no sidewalk and it's a busy main road. Adults should be able to during the day I guess, we never attempted it. You can walk to town via the beach, the walk to the beach is easy. We would definitely stay there again!

The location of Monte Laguna Condominiums is very convenient; a short walk to Samara Beach and 5 minute drive to Carillo Beach, both beautiful and uncrowded. The town of Samara is a 10 minute drive and has loads of great restaurants. The condo itself has all the amenities one needs and the pool is an added feature which I took advantage to swim laps and relax pool-side on a daily basis. This rental is highly recommended.
