Chic surf and yoga villa 2 minute walk to beach

After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

Wake up to breathtaking ocean views and enjoy direct beach access. Just 50 meters from the sea, literally in front of the sea At night, crabs 🦀 appear around the house, sometimes inside At night, the sound of the sea and in the morning the sound of the rooster crowing 🐓 from the neighbors. In winter, some animals such as ants, mosquitoes, and bees making nests may appear. None of this affects having a relaxed and wonderful experience at Casa Mar y Arena
