Monthly Rentals in Sambucedro

We stayed 10 nights in Alberto's apartment, during the Easter holidays, it was like staying at home. The apartment is really very nice and functional, and the hosts were exceptional. They gave us very useful information, if needed they were always available. If we were to stay in Porretta Terme in the future, I would immediately check the availability of Alberto's apartment.

We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Marco was incredibly friendly and helpful with any. And although he does not communicate in English, we found a common language) The most delicious wine 🤩🤗 The place is clean and perfect for privacy with nature ) Clear directions on how to get to the housing and then Marco takes with the breeze the last 280 m🤗 The children were delighted with this rally)) The perfect plan is to get enough food, grill and spend a couple of days in nature)

First of all, we thank Alice for her kindness and responsiveness. She's a great host! We had a great family holiday. We were with 6 children (3×10 years, 11 years old, 8 years and 13 years old). The house was perfect for us! The children were able to enjoy the game room, we bathed in a pretty river 30min (on foot), in lakes 20min (by car) from the accommodation etc... We took advantage of the village parties nearby, we used the small electric barbecue on the terrace, simple and efficient 🙂👍 EVERYTHING WAS REALLY GREAT!!! Finally, we were greeted with great gentleness, kindness and love by the neighbors as well as the inhabitants of the hamlet. We sincerely hope to return next year ❤️🇮🇹
