Beautiful chalet, recently built in stone and wood, located on two floors with stone fireplace, 3000 sqm of garden, fruit trees, organically grown vegetable garden, stone barbecue, hammock with panoramic view of the wonderful Acquafraggia waterfalls, access road and private parking. Strategic location 30 minutes by car from Engadina S.Moritz, 20 minutes from Madesimo, 40 minutes from Lake Lecco, 1.15 minutes from Milan and 5 minutes walk from a mini-market, tobacconist and bar.

Die Hütte liegt auf ca. 1000 Meter, direkt an einem Wildbach und Mitten im Waldgebiet. Unmittelbare Nachbarn sind neben Eichhörnchen, Fuchs, Rehen sowie etlichen kleinen Waldbewohnern 3 weitere privat genützte Hütten. Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Our 32cm thick log cabin offers a unique charm. The smell of wood adds to the cozy atmosphere. In the bedroom, a box-spring bed provides a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2; the sleeping floor has space for 3 guests and must be climbed over a ladder. For safety reasons, children must sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. The toilet is accessible separately from the kitchen-living room; the open bathroom adjoins the bedroom.
