Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. Breathtaking views! Pool and hot tub overlooking Pacific Ocean. World class surfing right out front! Walk right out of unit with no need to hassle with hallways and elevators! Maximum of 2 adults over 18 (may have 4 total guests if kids) Not a party atmosphere with mostly owners at complex. 2 tennis courts! Great restaurants nearby. Gated complex that is very safe and secure! 20 minutes to amazing oceanfront golf course baja mar! 30 minutes to wine country Guadalupe Valley!
