Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Antonio del Mar

I really have nothing but praise for Casa de Los Sueños and, Kristi, it's host. The Las Gaviotas complex feels very safe, and is in a stunning location. The house is incredibly beautiful with amazing tile work and a lovely collection of Mexican ceramics. The kitchen is very well equipped. I cooked a full-on Thanksgiving dinner and every thing I needed was there (I did bring a roasting pan). The furniture and beds are quite comfortable with ample bedding for chilly nights. We used the fireplace in the living room every evening, the Pine Mountain logs work great. DO READ the information that Kristi sends, if you book. It is very though, very useful information. And, especially, if you have not traveled in Mexico before, pay attention to her suggestions. She also provided a whole folder of suggested activities and restaurants that was helpful. And, she is excellent at communicating with you to answer questions or resolve problems. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great stay at this location! Would suggest to arrive before it gets dark as there is little to no light outside. Great view from balcony. Had some issues using the TV but nothing major. Others mentioned but the 2nd bedroom with the 2 beds, the door isn’t able to close. Home has great charm!

We had a great time with our family of 4. The clean and modern design of the house is nice and very practical. We enjoyed the restaurant choices that were in walking distance as well as the restaurants that required a short drive. Also available on site is a tennis court, pickle ball and basketball. A great spot for surfing as well. We would rent this unit again.

The gated community was amazing. The security was amazing, they were friendly and on top of their jobs. The community was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The house was exactly as Mark/Zach have on their profile. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well maintained. The view off the patio was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was beautiful! We were only here for a wedding and we left wishing we had a couple more days to enjoy the place. The relaxing balcony with the view of the ocean was the best part. Victor was very responsive and gave a lot of information the day of as well as the recommendations I asked for the day before. He was also in contact throughout the day we checked in to make sure we got there and had no issues getting in. I would say the only issue we had was the shower in the master bathroom, the temperature wouldn't stay at where you had it for very long and would take a while to get it back to a comfortable temperature again. Other than that we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to be back or stay at another place of Victor's on the future!

This place was awesome. Secure parking for your vehicle and an Oxxo right next door conveniently. About 15 minutes or less driving from downtown so your a taxi ride away from the nightlife. The fire pit was the main attraction for our family.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beth’s Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better it’s in a very safe neighborhood and just minutes away from everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. The cleanliness of the home was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the space feel fresh and inviting. It’s clear that Beth takes great care in ensuring a high standard for her guests. Beth herself was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and always ready to help if needed. Dave's place was just as described and John (next door neighbor) was an incredible host - genuinely kind and very attentive. We felt truly welcome and cared for while we were there and we would not hesitate to book again. The pictures do not do this place justice! It is a beautiful setting in a quiet gated community just steps away from a secluded stretch of beach. You can enjoy colorful sunsets from the balcony and stunning views in the daytime as well. Proximity to stores, restaurants, a Walmart, oxxo, and shopping mall all within 5-10 minutes as well. If you work remote dont think twice about the wifi - we stayed a month and it was reliable and held up to multiple video calls a day and high data use + multiple devices without issue. Can't wait to come back!

ABSOLUTELY LOVEDDDD THIS PLACE ! WILL definitely return ! The place was super easy to find , easy to check in, and easy parking very safe lot. The view was immaculate.. definitely enjoyed the living room. My fiancé and I had a blast :) we loved sitting on the couch just watching movies with a beautiful view. We had good recommendations thanks to our Host !

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

Rosalba is one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. She deserves great things coming to her in life for how kind she is and welcoming she made her home. I would stay here 10 times over again. Beautiful house and great location. I recommend 100/100 for anyone trying to get away for a weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very involved and communicated well. The weather didnt help our stay. It’s like in a fog cold a sack. Elivator wasnt working n location in the 4th floor. You will get soaked in the time of rían. If not availible soon. All in all if you like the sound of waves you’ll like it here.
