The location is great, a walking distance to many attractions in Madrid! The house is safe and kid friendly :-) We would recommend your home to everyone!

We loved this apartment and it worked great for our family. It is the perfect location to be able to walk around to restaurants, shopping and to sight see. The 2nd floor apartment was bright, beautiful, spacious, very clean and quiet. We loved the balcony. Both bathrooms were spacious and with good hot water and water pressure. The master bedroom had a king size bed and it was extremely comfortable. The apartment had everything you could need and plenty of space to store your belongings. The AC units worked great. We appreciated the drying rack as well. The safe wasn’t working when we were there. The owners were very communicative. They contacted us to let us know in advance that a locksmith was changing the locks one day. They were able to meet us later that day with the new set of keys. There are two doors to get into the apartment and they seemed very secure. We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The location was outstanding and the apartment was beautiful.

L'appartement proposée par Gema correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos de l'annonce, literie, équipements, meubles, électroménager et accessoires de cuisine tout était en parfaite état et fonctionnels. L'appartement est à 5 minutes de marche de la station de bus 77 et 167 pour rejoindre en 15 minutes canillejas et ciudad lineal (ligne metro 5). Le centre commercial plenilunio est à 15 minutes de marche. Sinon, en voiture, une place de parking est disponible au sous-sol juste à l'entrée et accès direct à l'appartement. L'échange avec Gema était clair, précis et très courtois. Moi même étant Hôte, je sais reconnaître les efforts fournis pour entretenir son unité et satisfaire ses clients, Gema a su réussir ces deux conditions. Je recommande à 💯 pour 💯 et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir si l'occasion se présentait.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung mit Charakter. Praktisch gelegen, prima Stadtviertel. Hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Die Nachbarn waren an einem Abend gut zu hören (Real Madrid verlor gegen Arsenal London), aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

I recently stayed at Luis Ángel’s place in Madrid for two days and highly recommend it! Luis was very accommodating, allowing an early check-in. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions within walking distance.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Una persona encantadora, siempre pendiente y buscando soluciones para todo. Incluso nos hizo un pedido de hinchables de piscina cuando le preguntamos si tenía y nos llegaron al día siguiente. La casa preciosa y bastante limpia. Nos dio facilidad para la entrada a la casa. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento. No tengo nada malo que decir

Gustavo’s place is the best stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The house is stellar, with unique and architecture-forward elements, and we adored the garden and amenities. But what made the stay even better was meeting Gustavo! He is a great communicator, even helped us with a lunch reservation, and let us enjoy the space. This is a rare find and we can’t wait to return!

Stan je bio čist, renoviran, sve je funkcionisalo.Dobro grejanje i neograničena topla voda.Udobni kreveti i tišina tokom noći, tako da je spavanje bilo odlično.Sunčana terasa na krovu. Karmen je veoma ljubazna, brzo odgovara na pitanja. Jedina mana je kraj, koji je pun sirotinje, uličnog djubreta i ljudi sumnjivog izgleda, mada nismo od nikog doživeli neprijatnost. Blizu je metro stanica,tako da se lako dolazi do centra grada. Blizu je i pijaca i ima dosta restorana u okolini. Obzirom na kvalitet smeštaja,cenu,ljubaznost domaćina, veoma smo zadovoljni.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Miguel’s place. It’s about a 30 min walk to the very centre but that was perfect for us as it was a gorgeous walk and meant the restaurants and cafes were much better value in the area. There were even 2 great cafes and restaurants doors away from the apartment and Miguel could not have been more responsive and accommodating

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

The place is fantastic and beautifully decorated. Exactly as described. It was lovely with the small outside common area after long days of sightseeing. The location was great with so many things within walking distance, lovely boutiques, and lots and lots of cafes and restaurants. Also, really great for the metro, main train station and the airport. We were 3 people staying there and there was plenty of space and it was really comfortable. Would warmly recommend it and one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at.

Highly recommend you pick this location for you stay in Madrid. Great location right in the middle of all the great sites. We had a little shop and several restaurants connected to the building. We were able to walk to all the major sites. A quick walk to the palace. Several parks surrounding the locations and easy pick up for Uber if you want to go further. We were able to walk most of the city and felt safe walking back home every night. I say home because that's what it feels like when you are there. We got this place to allow our parents to have a place to relax in the middle of our trip. They had a kitchen they could make tea in mornings and relax on the couch with the windows open. It was a great apartment with easy access to the location. Had an elevator and secure lobby area so you felt safe. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. John was great to work with for an after hours check in and very early check out. Would defiantly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay on this apartment. It was clean and met all our needs. Very nice rooms. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay! The apartment looked just like the pictures and was very clean. It’s in a great location, very close to good restaurants and points of interest. The hosts were super helpful and always responsive. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Igor’s place was fantastic and he was an amazing responsive and flexible host. The place was perfect for our party of 4 and very close to where we needed to be. It was very modern yet warm inside the building and the apartment with very secure access and an elevator for accessibility. There are two small balconies that makes for a great view of the street and nearby sites. A great apartment and host that I would highly recommend

La comunicación con Ana siempre fue asertiva, el piso es bonito y dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar, muy bien ubicado, todo lo puedes realizar caminando. Fue una agradable experiencia llegar con Ana y Miguel, volvería a llegar.

El sitio de Martín estuvo excelente! La comunicación con él siempre fue rápida y dejó las instrucciones bien detalladas para poder llegar al apartamento… después el contacto con Zoltan, la persona encargada fue maravillosa, muy simpático y siempre con buenas recomendaciones de que hacer en Madrid. El apartamento estaba impecable, con todas las comodidades que se muestran en la foto y que se describen en la publicación… definitivamente volvería a alojarme en el apartamento de Martín.

Juan un excelente anfitrión, muy atento a las necesidades que tuviéramos, amable en dejar pan, leche y mermelada para los huéspedes; sin dudarlo volvería a quedarme en su apartamento.
