Vacation rentals with a firepit in San Felice Circeo

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Beautiful place, clean, air-conditioned and with a terrace with a magnificent view. The host is friendly, available and responsive. Warm welcome. We'll be happy to go back! I recommend it!

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Amazing! Gorgeously laid out and designed. You will not regret staying here. Valentino was incredibly patient with us since we arrived later than expected and helped secure is a reservation for dinner (delicious!). We highly recommend!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We stayed with 11 friends at this villa for a few days and had a really good time! The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained, perfect for large groups. The owners were very kind and available to all our needs, always present but never intrusive. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the center of Anzio, so easy to reach but quiet enough to relax. A great experience, highly recommended!

Two days spent very quickly. All in all, the stay in the accommodation was positive, very oriental style. Very, very nice garden, with a pond. The house is quite tidy, maybe you would need a bidet and the light in the room working. The front door has a little bit of a special lock, as it only closes the outside railings. But for what we had to do in Anzio, everything went very well

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). Thank you so much Paola!

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

The owner was friendly and quick to respond The surrounding area is quiet, and you can have great scenery and meals just a short drive away. I had a problem with the car during my stay and the owner called my friends to fix it Thank you so much. I tried to repay you. The owner didn't want I was just relieved that it was solved. I was relieved. I've been to many countries on Airbnb, but I was the best landlord I'll remember it for the rest of my life.

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

A beautiful peaceful spot. Our host recommended local restaurants with wonderful food and charming people. Worth the drive to the beach which is not too far.

Just a super nice place in the mountains and still very close to the ocean. The owners are just lovely and communication was very nice and uncomplicated. If you’re looking for a quiet place in a natural environment this is the place to be!!!
