Vacation rentals with a pool in San Felice Circeo

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

We had a great time at the property. Shloka was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to explain everything about the area. The house was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Easy and helpful to communicate with.

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

What an amazing place in Arce. Lazio at his most promising. Excellent well-equipped cottage. Top wifi that made working easy. A great sweet cat who already miss me now.. We'd love to come back. All the best to you

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. beautiful apartment with private jacuzzi, perfect for a short immersion in relaxation near Rome. The interior spaces not very large could be a little limiting in case of bad weather, but the terrace is the bathtub are completely worth the price of the accommodation. Host available and accurate, definitely recommended!

Elvira and her husband Marco were very very warm and super friendly!! They were always there if we needed help and were always available to us! The place was impeccable, clean and just sweet. The house is beautiful and you can fully enjoy the summer here😍 Towards the end, they even gave us a farewell gift, very very sweet and thoughtful.🥹 I can recommend this place and these hosts 100%!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Good Wi-Fi, a lot of space. Both rooms have twin beds, but there is one more single bed in the leaving room.

The villa, immersed in the green of the countryside, just 5 minutes from Itri and 15 from the beautiful sea of Sperlonga, is comfortable and functional. The large garden, very nice and well-kept, which offers more than a "corner" of tranquility and freshness, in the shade of the plants located next to the pool, is definitely the strength of this beautiful house, which starts to feel a little age, but still offers the opportunity to enjoy its large spaces, inside and out. With my family, we spent two weeks in August in absolute relaxation and rest, and even our two little dogs were able to run around in the garden. Letizia, of the DLS Tourism agency, is a great reference point for every need and is always ready to offer valid support with availability and professionalism.
