Had a great stay at Rivero Transient house! Julie was super nice and was always helpful. She even give details about tourist spots that we wanted to go to. The house is really nice and peaceful, lots of amenities we enjoyed, specially the karaoke! The only thing we had an issue with was the indoor stove was broken so we had to cook outside and the outdoor grill was rusted so we didn't get to use it.

It’s a great place for a big group of people but not for seniors who may be having some achy joints trying to get out of bed since it’s all on the floor, the AC isn’t very strong. I’ll definitely take my guys friends here if they want to learn how to surf since there is some good waves and instructors nearby the place.

If you have kids and travelling with family, you should definitely book this place! This house is super child friendly, they have toys, books, a highchair and even a bathtub for babies. The aircon is super strong, great for hot and humid weather of Elyu, provided snacks and a very easy check in and out. The house is very well maintained and what made this place so special is the accommodating host and caretakers. We arrived like super late, around 6pm (thank you MNL traffic!), and we requested a late check out because we have 2 toddlers and they are very tired from the journey only to check out super early the next day. They granted our request for a very late check out since the house is free the next day. These are the kind of host and caretakers who not only think about money but makes you feel like you are family and are staying home away from home. We had a wonderful one-night stay at this accommodation! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived. The space was generous, providing plenty of room to relax and move around without feeling cramped. The location was also a major plus—very accessible and convenient, making it easy to get around. Whether you’re staying for a short visit or a longer stay, this place is a great choice. Highly recommended!

The place was so nice, a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay with our family and relatives, so peaceful and comfortable place. Very nice HOME to stay esp. staying at Cabana and kids enjoyed their jacuzzi pool as well. We enjoyed cooking with their complete kitchen utensils, griller and enjoyed their ice maker with our halo halo., PERFECT! Leandro, the host and the owner is so nice as well, he respond to all our inquiries. He is so considerate also. The caretaker Russel also is so nice. Thanks Manilokanos HOME!💕

She is very responsive and very prompt service. We requested for bathroom mats and replacement rice cooker and both were delivered fast and quick by her sister. The 3 bedrooms have a/c except the grand areas. Peaceful and helpful neighborhood.

Truly a rafe find in LU! Place is clean, spacious, peaceful & complete with amenities making our stay hassle free, relaxing & truly enjoyable. Host & care taker are both proactive & responsive.

This place was a hit for my group of seven seniors and five adults. Rooms were large and cozy. There was a restroom for each one. Since this was a villa by the mountainside with lots of foliage, expect that the plumbing will reflect as such. That is not to say we are not satisfied, it is just a reality! This place has billiards, ping-pong, a beautiful pool, wonderful decorations throughout, and a very well set up karaoke system. The staff were extremely communicative and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. All this being said, we want to come back! For a longer stay as soon as possible with more family. I am certain that our little ones and more of our young adults would enjoy this spot for a family reunion or holiday together!

The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful beachfront home. It was a bit hard to find especially in the dark. They did placed signs up which helped a lot. Once you arrive at the property, it is in pristine condition with beautiful furniture and lots of amenities to entertain the kids and adults. The nipa hut outside is also a lovely addition and the look out beach hut was also a nice addition. Love the plants around the area too. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working well but Leah got help and service as soon as possible. With two kitchens one downstairs and one upstairs, three bathrooms and four separate toilets plus an outdoor shower for the pool and beach, it had enough for our group of 25 people. The karaoke machine and the billiards table definitely entertained the kids. I would recommend it to family and friends!

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

It was nice staying here! host is very responsive🩵 place was kinda up the hill lang but not a problem to me...a lil cardio for my friends tho 😆💪close to the beach and restaurants! 🩵

D’Santai villa is beautiful. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood (though there was a dog next door that barked a lot!) but there’s lots of cafes close by and only a short trike ride to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. Only complaints were that there is an open area which means that mosquitos were able to come into the house and there was no wifi upstairs but other than that I would highly recommend :)

Everything was perfect!i had my golden retriever with me and the owner was really friendly and nice to my furbaby.He was accomodated and accepted without any strict restrictions.the place was in the middle of everything,market,restaurants and also very quiet and cozy place. I did even managed to work since wifi connection is really good.kitchen has everything else you need.we had a fun and relaxing stay overall,great value of money and time and will definitely come back.thank you po Sir🙏

The place was very clean and cozy! Miss Margaret was there to welcome us upon check out and she’s very easy to talk to :) In terms of location, it’s near lang sa beach, souvenir shops, restaurants, and other pasyalan spots. We had a great time staying here, definitely worth booking☺️

Jessie’s place is just exactly how it is described in here. Jessie is responsive and friendly. Communication and instructions were clear. Lively area of San Juan is walkable from the place. Overall, we had a great stay with my friends.

Mark was really kind when we requested to reschedule due to personal matters 🥹. As for the Airbnb, it’s exactly as the pictures and everything was really clean :) Will stay here again next time we’re in Elyu 💯

Such a cozy and wonderful stay! I had the best time staying here with my cat. The place was super cozy and perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and the ambiance was just so inviting. The highlight of the experience was definitely the host – she was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. I felt truly taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with amazing hospitality!

Loved our stay. Burt little home was spotless, smelled nice and was accessible and quite far from the busy area of San Juan. Troy was very responsive and provided us with a detailed guidebook. What I loved most was the flow of natural light in the house. Big plus, it’s pet friendly. Would love to go back.

We had a fantastic stay at Liza’s place! The house was incredibly spacious, featuring three comfortable bedrooms—one with its own bathroom, and the other two sharing a well-maintained restroom. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area was perfect for our group to relax, bond, and enjoy meals together. Outside, there was plenty of parking space, outdoor benches for lounging, and even a BBQ area which is great if you’re planning to grill. It’s a great setup for groups or families looking to unwind and spend quality time. Liza was also very accommodating and even helped us get drinking water during our stay, which we truly appreciated. We had a restful and enjoyable vacation, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re in La Union! Highly recommended!
