Excellent location a few minutes from CABA and the waterfront of Vicente López , Inés is an excellent host , very nice place and excellent service. Always be attentive to your guests.

Excellent stay, second time I stay to go to the lollapalooza. Both guests are super attentive and do the impossible to make one comfortable and relaxed. I'll be there again for the next lolla!

great place to stay for Lolapaloza. Not so far away which is very convenient at the end of a long night when everyone is trying to get home. Fernando is extremely helpful. he offered to drive me to, and pick me up from the Lolapaloza festival every night of my stay. That alone is worth the money as it's difficult to find Uber and other pick up services during the festival. Furthermore, Fernando is just a lovely guy who keeps the place clean and tidy, offers many things and speaks great English.

We went to Lollapalooza and the place is perfect, you arrive walking and it is safe. The stay is much more special than a place to stay for Vicky's attention. He gave us breakfast, chatted and told us stories, waited for us after our long late check-in and always welcomed us with a smile. The house is full of art and love. Don't hesitate to stay here!!

Well located place, metro, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The Depto is very comfortable and a very quiet area. Sofia is always attentive to needs and respond quickly. Thank you so much!!!

The apt is centrally located. Easy to get to Palermo, San Telmo, Puerto Madeira. The bedrooms are very quiet. The apt has great air conditioning. There’s a washer/dryer (ask for instructions) which was a great addition. The kitchen is large and has all you need. I highly recommend this space.

Good comfortable appartment, inside was quiet, rarely heard noise from the street or neighbors, everything was functional and nothing broke. The internet was fast enough.

Lilian is a very friendly person and I help me with all my inconveniences, the accommodation for more than not having a kitchen was very well equipped

Very warm and welcoming Host stash. I spent a week here with my girlfriend and the apartment was great – location was really great and it was quiet and it had everything you needed – it’s not very fancy but it’s a great economic place to rent and it’s close to everything including tons of great restaurants in Plaza Serrano – I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something that’s not so fancy but it’s very functional – I really enjoyed it.

Maggie was a delight, and the place was very comfortable. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. Maggie and her daughter offered me coffee and mate in the morning and we had nice conversations. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They gave me suggestions of places to go around the area and were very kind and interesting to talk to. Clara is an excellent host. Always attentive to details. The breakfast is delicious and super complete. We were going with 3 children and he made sure that what they liked was not missing at breakfast. The SPECTACULAR house and the divine and enjoyable garden. The space for breakfast is beautiful. The art gallery on the basement is a differential. Clara took us on a tour and told us about the works and her artists. It was our first B&B experience and we would definitely do it again! Super grateful to Clara for her kindness and dedication!

Monica is very friendly and attentive. From the beginning she wrote to me to coordinate my arrival and it was quite pending. The communication is quite good, smooth and fast. During my stay, Monica gave me recommendations of places, cultural centers, parks and plays. Monica is very conversational and hospitable. In my stay I was invited a pleasant breakfast.

Truly a great industrial loft vibe going on here. The enclosed sunroom/patio was really cool and diffused light into the unit. The bed was low to the floor (on it) but very comfortable The shower was above average for BA! The extra half bath was nice for me when my GF needed to do her am or pm thing :-)). The service and experience was really nice….. The coffee shop 40 meters away was a God-send for coffee and breakfast! He gave us Brkfst coupons as well 💥 We walked to soo many crazy good Resturant’s and bars!! 🥂 I need a week to recover from all the fun late nights locally. Thank you!
