This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Minimum age to book - 25. Makin Waves is located on the first floor of a privately owned home with its own private entrance. The only thing between Makin Waves and the beach are the sand dunes. The beach is only a short distance, approximately 3/4 of mile via access road 1-A. Everything Port Aransas has to offer is only minutes away, including the beach, ferry, marina, golf, shops and restaurants. Close to everything!!
