Vacation rentals with beach access in San Martín de los Andes

The accommodation is just like the photos. Fully equipped and clean, but with a bad wifi signal. Excellent reception from Alfredo who was available and gave us very good recommendations. Wonderful location, overlooking Lake Lacar.

Central location, easy access to anywhere you want to go. The apartment corresponds to the photos and description and is very comfortable. A delight get home from the cold and find the warm apartment. Lucila and Maru are otimas, and quick to respond and are very cordial. The stay was gratifying. thank you

We returned to San Martín and stayed in the same place, it is beautiful to be in front of the lake, by the night tranquility and silence to rest and great to go for a walk in the center . Although it was very hot those days, being in front of the lake helped us with the wind that cooled us.

The house is very comfortable, practical, and is designed to take advantage of the excellent views. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout your stay, which was a great plus. The location is amazing and features a stove sector that was very helpful and nice. The lagoon is beautiful and has an exceptional level of privacy as only two houses have direct access, which never represented an issue. Nicolás was a very friendly and attentive host, always willing to recommend activities and help us in everything we need. In short, a wonderful experience that we would definitely repeat.

Impossible to find a better place to enjoy San Martin de los Andes. The place is amazing, all the amenities, to enjoy magical sunsets with the fireplace on and see the snowy peaks. Loli is the best host, always attentive to details, with the best recommendations in the place. It exceeded all expectations!

Miguel's house is a fantastic place to base your stay in San Martin. It's a real home and feels very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped, and large. The living room is quite comfortable for those evenings when you want to relax after walking the trails or wandering around town. We found the bed in the master (it was just two of us) to be extremely nice. It was great to curl up in at night. Gaby, who was our primary contact, is a wonderful friendly woman who truly makes you feel at home. It is a great place to stay, and we can't wait to return. An excellent spot.

Generally clean, compact apartment, as per photos. Lovely pool. Quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk into town.

The building is very new and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Two blocks from the main street, is very close to markets/shopping/restaurants and quiet at the same time. The check-in process is easy and Martin was a great and proactive host.

Our stay in Martin's apartment was exceptional. From the time of booking, the communication was quick and very clear (this last thing I want to highlight). The apartment was spotless, clean and tidy. All equipment is top notch and is as shown in the pictures and stated in the description. It is located in a quiet area and a few blocks from Av. San Martin, in the vicinity you can find a supermarket and other shopping venues. The carport is small but you can park without problems on the side street in front of the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests and repeat the experience.

Everything Perfect! I definitely recommend, very clean and also the daily cleaning service as in the hotels, super comfortable, very attentive, the breakfast delicious, would come back without hesitation! Close to the center but just for what is a quiet street. There were 4 of us and we had a great time!
