Vacation rentals with a patio in San Martín de los Andes

Clean, cozy, spacious and very equipped space. Super well located, I recommend and I would definitely stay again at Apt de Gabriela. Anyway, just compliments, I recommend!

Everything is excellent, just like in the pictures, very well furnished. All the spaces are very comfortable and well organized!! Friendly host and attentive to any questions!! Definitely a reason to return to Villarica!

The apartment is functional and modern. Well-equipped and the kitchen very complete. The shower in the bathroom is excellent! It is a few blocks from downtown, ideal for walking. The host was very flexible for check-in and check-out, we maintained constant communication. Highly recommended location. The only thing to note is that in summer it can be hot, it gets the sun a lot of the day and while you can cool the environment naturally by opening the windows, they do not have mosquito nets. It is worth mentioning that there is a standing fan, although it helps, it may not be enough. We would definitely come back!

Eugenia is a great host!! Always concerned about our well beign, very friendly and helpful! The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, close to major restaurants and stores. Felt at home, away from home. San martin de los andes is a lovely city. Highly recommend Hernan’s place.

The house is beautiful, clean and equipped. They responded quickly when I made an inquiry. It is very conveniently located, close to downtown and the beach, about 7 blocks away, allowing you to get around without a car. I would definitely come back and recommend it

The apartment is very modern and practically new, it feels relaxing. The fact that it is a studio apartment does not affect the cleanliness at all, especially with regard to the kitchen, the smells were not impregnated. The heated pool is really hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Regarding Andrés, communication was effective, he wrote to me as soon as I made the reservation and then he was willing to give me directions and tips about the place. I would definitely come back 😁

We spent a few divine days. The house was just like the photos, it was very clean, comfortable and with excellent heating. Everything worked great. We were very well received and were always attentive to respond to our inquiries quickly, as well as giving us great recommendations for the area. Great house, 5 minutes outside of town. The house was comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay. It is in a quiet area and the yard was lovely with a hammock to relax. Dario and Aurora were very kind and communicative.

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet neighborhood, located very close to downtown which allows walking.

Super recommended! The duplex is very well located, a short walk from downtown, supermarkets, and Lake Lácar. Everything was clean when we arrived and we were able to keep it clean thanks to the cleaning products they had left us. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The bathroom has a window that ventilates very well. It was never cold for us at night and the depto. kept warm during the day. The kitchen we stayed a little girl but we were able to cook every day that we ran out of trouble. The refrigerator includes freezer in case they buy ice cream. The neighborhood is calm but if you can see towards other deptos from the windows (the one in the bathroom is polarized and you don't see outwards unless you open it). Camila and the co-hosts are always aware, sending recommendations for places to visit and answering any questions or queries.

Very attentive and flexible host to coordinate the check-in... the place is as seen in the photographs, spacious, comfortable and with total capacity of 7 people, the quiet environment, 10 min from downtown...

Gabriela's place is very nice, it has everything you need for a warm stay. It is close to the main street, there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food places just around the corner and around the apartment. I highly recommend Gabriela's place and she is super friendly, cuts, always available and has given me many useful recommendations, thank you.

We had a spectacular stay!!! it is a quiet place close to everything ( super, downtown,lake....) Mariza attentive to what you need a friendly and friendly attention. A place to come back!!!! Thank you so much for having us !!!!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. It has a huge table and a super comfortable armchair. Both bathrooms are very good. The area is excellent
