Very central place ideal for single couples who like to venture

We absolutely loved our stay at the Color House. It was a bright, quiet escape from the city, with tons of natural light upstairs and plants to make it truly feel like a home. The house had everything we needed including an oven, washing machine, dedicated workspace, and pet friendly. Eli was prompt in her communication and even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. She was very apologetic when there was a mishap with the key code; we loved being able to check in and out without needing to keep track of a set of keys. The neighborhood had tons of places to get fresh groceries, a park within 1/2 a mile, and easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood felt safe and authentic. We would definitely stay here again should we ever come back to Buenos Aires!

The place is spotless, with every detail to the utmost care. I especially note the attention of Cecilia, who was attentive at all times, making the experience even more special and pleasant.

Beautifully boutique hotel in a restored late 19th century town house. The neighborhood is old and non touristic with easy access to the cities hot spots. Definitely a place to stay at!

The hosts Rafael, Carolina and Germán were so friendly and did everything possible to make my stay very comfortable. The house is really beautiful and peaceful, and my room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The location ( Colegiales) is very quiet, easy to get to by bus or Tren. There are some cafes and restaurants in the area. The apartment is very nice and Miriam is a very pleasant person. Anytime again. Matthias

The room is very well equipped with an electric oven, a small table, chairs, dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, a water dispenser, air conditioning, a TV, and a hairdryer. Top-quality sommier, sheets, quilts and towels. Very tastefully decorated. Separate from Patricia's house on the terrace and with a lot of privacy. The access staircase is a bit steep. It's a room but it functions as a mini-apartment. The neighborhood seems quiet. Only 100 meters from Av. San Juan with shops and transportation. The value for money is excellent. I was very satisfied and grateful.

it was a short but great stay, martin received us 3:00 am because our flight was delayed, everything was clean, shower was excellent and we found the accommodation a grace 🤍

claras place is in a great area, it’s quiet but close enough to walk to the touristy area of palermo soho. clara is very kind and helpful and i really enjoyed my stay!!

Very nice and comfortable place

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. They let me store my luggage while I waited for check-in time. Good bathrooms, common areas, bedrooms and kitchen. Surprised with the latter, which has everything you need to cook if you need to. Ten out of ten for the receptionists. They even have shampoo and conditioner for you to shower. I'll definitely be back.

Leticia is wonderful. We waited for myself to arrive at dawn. always responded quickly. After check out still allowed me to use the common areas of the space and the bathroom. Great.
