There are windows on 2 sides; kitchen has a window with morning sun and bedroom/living room has a window where the sun is until about 8-9 pm in the summer. There is a double-leaf entrance door with full-width glass. Free area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is 8 minutes walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.

It takes 12 minutes by train to Oslo city center. It is a nice starting point for walks in forest and fields, a short way to the great Henie Onstad art center located by the sea with both coastal path and swimming beaches. Sandvika is within walking distance where there are restaurants and cafes, and Sandvika Storsenter with a good selection of shops. Large terrace with outdoor furniture.
