A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

The perfect apartment for families and large groups! Centrally located in Sankt Englmar with a view of the beautiful park. There is a wonderful swimming lake as well as a sleigh hill for the kids only a three-minute walk away. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. A washing machine and dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The living room offers a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, a Playstation 4 Pro and hundreds of DVDs for rainy days or cosy evenings.

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. From all rooms as well as the south-east balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view over the orchard meadow to the forest – pure relaxation! In the cold season, in addition to the wood central heating, the heat of the basic furnace ensures comfort. The wood is included.

Within walking distance you can reach 2 supermarkets as well as a stop of the Waldbahn. This offers a quick connection to surrounding cities and long-distance transport! Optimal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bavarian Forest.

In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
