The apartment is very nice, we felt very comfortable from the moment we entered, very spacious and everything well laid out. Kevin was a very good host. He was attentive from before we arrived to give us precise directions. We didn't have any problems, on the contrary, we want to return.

This was such an amazing place to stay in Guatemala! We loved the location (everything 10min or less walking to all my favorite restaurants)! The home is beautiful and cozy. The view of the city on this huge glass doors are incredible and the breeze at evening so priceless! Host was very attentive and responsive to anything I had to say. The Guard (Wilson) that opens the gate for parking was so nice and attentive. I love the service of workers in Guatemala, they truly like their jobs and treat you like a friend/family member; not an inconvenience. Did I mention AC!!!! We never even knew this place had AC until we arrived and saw the split units in each bedroom! This was probably my favorite part ! Thank you again for opening this home for us ! We will defenetly stay here again next time!!!!

Comfortable, convenient stay. Right next to the airport (10 min uber drive). Quiet, well-managed complex. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Andrea was very responsive and accommodating when I needed an unplanned early check-in. Will recommend!

We were looking for a place near the road to El Salvador for the weekend for a family event, we felt right at home, Nancy is an excellent host, the entrance was easy, and the place was right as described in the listing.

Very nice rest house to take advantage of the pool and have a good time. The location is a little complicated but the house has a very good space and very well cared for. Byron is very friendly and attentive to the requirements.
